Being able to zoom in and out would be nice. Different styles of gear would would be appealing. I hate seeing everyone else look like just like me.16 pages of the exact same item on auctioneer is an eye sore. Not much diversity when it comes to gear.
Zoom would be nice, outside of the screenshot mode that is.
Here's another -
Be able to make marks on the minimap / map which your entire party can see. (right now only you can see any marks you make on the map).
Sometimes becomes easy to tell people, "Listen, come to this point on the map."
There are a number of these that we are addressing in the content patch Andy was talking about, though not always address as suggested. Not going to get detailed here as not not spoil the surprise of delicious patch notes.
It would be nice to have a comprehensive list of requested changes, like shown on this post, then give feedback on the game's intent or progress with each. Guildlaunch has a nifty system where they have a user-developed list, which the admins assign Under Review, Planned, Started, Complete (Removed from list), or Denied. Players and admins have a running dialogue on each threads. Another nice attribute is the ability for players to assign a fixed number of votes to each feature request. I think each player gets 10 votes. Once assigned, they don't get their votes back until the feature is denied or implemented. This gives the developers a nice list of priorities. I think something like that would give more relevant feedback than sifting through forum flames.

- item links should be clickable and not just on mouseover. impossible to see the numerous items linked in chat.
- can't see item set bonuses from the vendor window.
- better power ui. The power menu overlaps my action bar as a default when I bring it up so I have to move the window every single time to be able to change the powers on my action bar. Maybe something similar to d3 where you can change the action bar in the window. Let us save action bar configs possibly as you have to change it every time between pvp and pve.
- more pvp stuff. more maps. more stuff to buy with glory. more gear to buy possibly. Achievements/statistics for kills/assists, arenas won. Ratings or rankings.
- zone currencies should be in separate tab and stack higher. They even drop in epic dungeons so it's very annoying.
- celestial coins disappearing is asinine. Not only for just one character for people that can't always login every time, but also becomes exponentially worse for every additional character you make. You play whenever or whatever character and you keep losing coins. Maybe make it account-based so you can't abuse it, but not disappear.
- maybe gold/AD/zen can be account-based since you can't mail it. That's what I would prefer anyways.
- reduce the freaking AD cost for feats at least right away!
- profession window bugs all the time. If I have it up and enter pvp, it will bug and only show rare items and nothing else until something completes or possibly a restart.
- character switch without logging out
- game starts up rather slow on my computer compared to other games like WoW.
- AD transfers are not allowed between characters, so secondary characters are harder to begin as a result of that. This could be solved by letting people from the same account give an "allowance" to the beginning character. A limited amount of AD, only between characters on the same account.
You can transfer AD relatively easy to a other toon on the same acount.
first u go to the ad/zen exchange u type in that u want 100 zen and are willing to pay 50 ad for it.
now u post this exchange.
now the ad balance of 5000 ad will be subtracted from your wallet.
Log on to the character on your account where u wand the ad to be on.
go to the ad/zen exchange
go to the 3 tab and cancel the exchange u made earlier.
the ad will go in the account pool and u can withdraw it to the toon you are on by pressing the withdraw butten.
I hope this helps.
also u can of-course change the amount by changing the amount of zen in the post.
And as of now u don't need to worry that someone will buyout your ad since only the top exchange rates are being shown.
They say if you play a Microsoft CD backwards, you hear satanic messages. Thats nothing, cause if you play it forwards, it installs Windows.

how about selling some stuff you dont need on AH, and your other character buy it? there were tax, yea, but perhaps easier than do it with ad/zen exchange
I wonder, why did someone remove the discussion about being able to transfer AD from one char to another? I was reading it, hit refresh by accident, and both posts talking about it were gone.
Censorship.

Buying items from the Zen store, should also have an account wide option (like TSW) would be nice, remove the buy res scroll now when downed (this is a tacky hard sell), the cost of respecs deplorable, two respec for 6 dollars sure or one free respec (as is, this game's in game help system is lacking to say the least). Get rid of the gambling chest drops, this is also a very tacky element, one which is almost an obscenity in gaming now. The ability to zoom in and out during combat, the fixed camera is quite frankly annoying. One can only wish, but a Pay to Play server so I can side step this ftp smoke screen. More diverse skill trees DnD based would be nice, as is these trees are not DnD in any way and a little shallow. Better story flow, with some interesting and memorable characters. DnD lore seems to be bent badly at times.

Thanks for all the replies. I added some to the original post and linked to others. If I didn't credit you or left out a valid point, remind me. I also talked about bishop2c3's suggestion, which I think is great. It would open a direct channel between players and developers while ensuring less time goes to dealing with, as he put it, forum flames. If the community feels we should change to another system, make your opinion known.
Thanks for popping in and telling us you're working on these things, panderus. I'm sure whatever fixes you come up with will reflect the overall great standard of the game. Trying to please everybody is what has gotten many other games into trouble (content-wise), but I at least hope the technical issues get sorted out.
Keep up the good work, both you posters and developers.
There are a number of these that we are addressing in the content patch Andy was talking about, though not always address as suggested. Not going to get detailed here as not not spoil the surprise of delicious patch notes.
How about letting us know when this content patch is due to happen then?
Also the need for teleportation or something from different respawn points in a zone, you shouldn't have to spend 4k AD each time you want to go back to a city, especially in long area maps. Fix queue timers I can easily sit in a queue for over 1.5 hours as a CW and never get in. (post lvl 45)
Now this is how it's done. Sticky please? Griefers stay away, we know they are just itching to bring negativity to this thread.
-We need an option to log out to the Character Selection Screen so that we don't have to input our user name and password everytime we wish to switch characters. Why doesn't my user name stay at least? I get a bunch of random characters that i have to delete then input my user name again.... Maybe this is for security. If so I suppose I can understand.
-We need a "Roll Need on Class Only" option for parties.
-Removing Enchantments costs way too much AD. It's absurd, and it can break a persons finances if they want to keep their enchantments. I believe this needs to be lowered by 80%, or there needs to be another alternative.
-When Queueing with a 5 man pre-made party for a dungeon or skirmish, it should be instantaneous.
I'll have to think of more later...

Beautiful thread.
One (possibly minor) thing that comes to mind:
There's a window that lists guilds, but none that could list possible recruits. It would be nice to have another tab for people who are actively looking for a guild where they could post their requests.

Good list, the foundry used to make PvP content caught my eye cause it could really have potential as foundry slowly updates and allows you to do more.
There are a number of these that we are addressing in the content patch Andy was talking about, though not always address as suggested. Not going to get detailed here as not not spoil the surprise of delicious patch notes.
Great. But please make it so that patch notes do actually mean something... last 2 week we've been getting very, very little changes and many changes only to the Gateway.
Extreme core-issues with the game remain.
Imagination is the only weapon in the war against reality.

I'll add these tonight when I have time, but something else just occurred to me. My companion somehow manages to stand in every single circle of fire, trap or otherwise harmful thing and usually dies fast. Companions could have some basic tactics settings like engage enemy/stand back, try to move/stay still if taking damage, move away if an enemy is hitting you and so forth.

Some additional things I'd like to see:
- Better Itemization for Guardians due to Guardians having to do massive DPS to be useful/hold agro (Stalwart Bulwark is probably best overall pve set, Castle Never Guardian Items are useless).
- Fix the queue issues with PvP and PvE. Absurd that people have to log/relog roulette to make instancing work correctly.
- The crafting system is too much of a money/time sink. Leveling crafting should not take the amount of time it does. It's just too difficult to level the crafting without pouring insane amounts of AD into it, which is also prevented by the numerous amounts of times auctions are unavailable; making it difficult to get the AD you need.
- Allow us to sorts auctions correctly. Can't sort by remaining time, can't sort by item level usually, can't exclude numbers out of the fields we want, or correctly search for say level 40-50 items.
- Lowbie PvP sets for each bracket. 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 purchasable with glory.
- 0 glory/XP (may already be implemented) for losing teams, queue restrictions on players who afk more than 1 time per 6 hours in PvP (ie, player x has been afk flagged twice in the last 6 hours while in a pvp domination match, as a result, player x is banned from pvp for 1 hour), better level 60 PvP Sets (another tier) with increased glory cost with more pvp-centric stats (as opposed to pve stats)
- Better PvE Match-making for dungeon queues. Require 1 healer / 1 tank as a minimum. Place everyone else into queue waits (like WoW).
- In order to make the above point work, tanking would need to actually work. Guardians can tank currently, but the class needs a buff quite honestly in threat capability and overall mitigation/damage.
- Clerics should get a reduction in mitigation and a reduction in agro-gaining. This serves the dual purpose of adjusting clerics for PvP/PvE, making them less survivable, but less prone to gaining agro.
- Along the same lines, multiple blue circles should not stack, or provide extremely diminished returns per successive casting, to provide developers with an efficient way to balance content, and to not overpower and trivialize future content the way current content is trivialized.
- Clerics should not be receiving a self-heal debuff. It actually encourages groups to run 2 healers, which leads to the above can of worms. If you want to make cleric healing less effective, there's a far more easy mechanic; healing effectiveness debuffs from mobs/other players in PvP (refer to Mortal Strike debuff in wow).

Improving the Foundry is what would make this game great. I could care less about the in game economy and other petty and shallow systems- they would not make the game fun. NWN proved that community made content can make a mediocre game incredible. That game achieved greatness because of the community, not BioWare... some would even say DESPITE the devs' design.
- Expanding the tools, adding more monster types in both costumes and encounters
- Ability to search UGC by tags
- Incentive for players to play longer/shorter quests such as a currency system
Good stuff. This should be stickied and 'lined out' or checked off as each one is implemented.
Although each one does not have to be implemented, ones which seem to be necessary should.

Hi guys. I noticed while updating the post that it's a bit of an eyesore to read. I don't know how to categorize the suggestions very well but if someone else wants to take a go at it, I would be most grateful. Or just give me some advice on categories.

Never played it, so a bit of explanation about how its so "different" and awesome would be in order.
- Titania Silverblade, the Iron Rose of Myth Drannor (Lvl 60 GWF, Destroyer)
- Gwyneth, the Cowardly Cat Burglar Drowling (Lvl 60 TR, Saboteur)
- Lady Rowanne Firehair, Heartwarder of Sune (Lvl 33 DC)
- Satella, Sensate (LvL 44 CW, Renegade, Non-Active)
