Updated the wikis about the crown. Saw a facebook mention that some opportunity to win those by the public will eventually show up.
I'm really wondering if those sets are actually leftovers from a prototype run for a collector's edition from some point they were internally considering an actual store release of the game: A lot of the typical hallmarks are there.
Thanks for the three new links ghostmatter! The third one for mmorpgitalia appears closed as well: I wonder what title it came with (I presume it did since other promotions that just mentioned a potion pack so far have ended up having one).
Yep, that's one of the reasons I broke ended promotions into a separate section on the gamepedia version of the list: Less likely people will register somewhere needlessly. If you (or anybody) spots any that are closed that aren't marked so (or the reverse) feel free to post them here so the wiki obsessed folks (like me) can flag them appropriately. I recheck them from time to time, but several sites it is hard to tell once you have the code from them already as they just redisplay your prior code when you log in.

Ok i am very lazy so sue me.
The below list are the only ones i have been able to obtain since finding this thread. Others either didnt work, had limited keys, or expired after a certain time. Hope this helps!
Edit: removed dates since formatting screws it up. Bottom two were done in June, rest were done this morning. Anything not here, but on list was tried with failure.

To confirm: Did you try IGN Prime (which requires a sub to the site), Ten Ton Hammer, or Warcry (which Ghostmatter reported getting a code from today)?

My bad i did not try that one (warcry). Good catch.
I think when i checked i realized that the only plus was getting a title that i already owned from questing. (spellplague survivor).
Is the title a little different? Ill see if i can find out and give it a try.
IGN Prime i did not because i didnt want to pay anything.

Actually the title is the same: You end up potentially with two identical titles, one under General from the giveaway and one under Quest from completing the appropriate missions. I wish they would change the promotion one or have a special title that kicks in if you have both.
I've updated the above info for Warcry and the ended status of Ten Ton on both the wikis: Thanks for checking on things.

I love the "go back in time" requirement of buying zen for Neverwinter for the first time. That ship has sailed for me. Fortunately it is just the Starred Eyepatch as a reward on that one which I think Destructoid is still offering.
*sigh* If you check on the Bragelonne website it shows that in addition to the stuff on the announcement page you also get the Chronicler of Candlekeep ("Chroniqueur de Chateau-Suif") title. Hopefully somebody more local to it can provide more detailed information on the pack involved (name / icon / tooltip / actual contents when not experiencing messy translations).
On further review it is looking like the "My first ZEN" promotion is on every non-English version of the Neverwinter page now. Can anybody confirm if it applies to English speaking accounts as well and just isn't being displayed as news?

The Destructoid one seems to no longer be valid. Their code giveaway page only lists a Skullgirls game now. Nothing about Neverwinter on it.
On the Turkish version of the main Neverwinter page there is some big Turkish promotion involving www.gamesultan.com
The auto-translation is a mess, but if I'm understanding it is bonuses for buying zen through the Game Sultan site that range (depending on how much you buy from a title "Mumkalesi Historian" (going to wildly guess that's Chronicler of Candlekeep), the Starred Eyepatch, or a "Asi Paralı Asker Yoldaş" (Rebel Soldier of Fortune companion, which I really have no idea if that's an upgraded Sellsword or something new).
I'm not adding this to either wiki just yet because frankly the translations are to messed to be sure what is going on (not to mention the comment on the page about not getting the gifts). I wouldn't have even mentioned it if it wasn't on the actual official Turkish Neverwinter page...
I finally got Neverwintan Noble via the 24 hour Child's Play livestream along with an Offensive Potion Pack. Updated the Gamepedia wiki with some info on that to.
If anybody wins this please report here what the "Mystery Gift" is. Plus we could still use more info on the digital rewards like Valindra's Crown that are in the box set (i.e. pics of the item / icon / tooltip and whether a potion pack is included).

Congrats on getting the Noble title.
I get a key from the GameZone promotion but it didn't seem to do anything so probably something I already had.

I definitely wish the givers of promo code were always clearer on what they were actually giving: I'd feel guilty about consuming a code for a promo I already had since that would block it from somebody else, and sometimes it is just really unclear (i.e. last night's "bandana" which TT kept implying was a headband that ended up being the Tooth and Hide Mask, which I also managed to get).
Speaking of the Tooth and Hide, that mask would be *so* much more awesome if it actually had the teeth mentioned in its description (which are also present in the icon for it). Definitely a weird situation there.
I updated the Gamepedia wiki with the actual Achievements involved in the promo codes today. I had been slacking since it also meant (in my mind) editing the Achievement page to add the "Special" category but I figured it was about time to get it over with.
Comments
From a car dealership.
Wait no, that isn't it.
I had to look through my redeemed key list. It is from an Italian site with only a few keys.

Looks like it was the Offensive Pack.
Hmm... Oh wow, found it on eBay: "Valindra's Crown".
The Noble's chest that was given away to various bloggers and video game sites seems to include a code for Valindra's Crown. Here is an Ebay listing for it that has ended.
I'm really wondering if those sets are actually leftovers from a prototype run for a collector's edition from some point they were internally considering an actual store release of the game: A lot of the typical hallmarks are there.
This expired, no more keys. One person in the comments mention not receiving the titles though.
Italian site for Offensive pack here.
Note: I have only updated these three on ((http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Promotional_Item_Giveaway_Codes). Can somebody else please cover them on (http://orcz.com/NeverwinterGDN_Promo_Keys)?
I keep registering to foreign sites for no reason... I am sure i am on several FBI watch lists at this point.
Ill recheck which ones i entered today and edit with the ones that are closed. The three links above the first one is expired for sure.
There were at least 2 others on the list that say are available that are no longer available as well.

Ten Ton offer is currently closed.

All of these appear to be expired.
thanks to everyone who is keeping it updated

I've updated both http://orcz.com/NeverwinterGDN_Promo_Keys and http://neverwinter.gamepedia.com/Promotional_Item_Giveaway_Codes with the above two promotions. Anybody found any others? I'm hoping a bunch will be popping up in advance of Feywild later this month.
The Neverwinter Accolades Trailer was awesome showing again how entertaining the gameplay can be!
