    hmm my issue seems to be a bit different than other people's issues here. My launcher looks normal except the news section is empty, when i type in my username and password and hit login it then changes the screen to show XML code with lots of <error> in brackets and <Code>MethodNotAllowed</code>

    its kinda wierd.

    EDIT: well, it was a different problem than other people were having. But by the time I typed and posted it seems this is the new problem with the launcher that everyone is having ;D

    Whew!!! Im just glad it wasn't just me. I can deal with hiccups as long as I am not the sole target ;)

    the hostid needs a '2' instead of the 'k'

    Ahhhhh they are getting closer to fixing not whitescreen any more but a normal log in screen but after hit loggin pops up some xml error debug stuff. Wont let me copy paste it here either

    OK, now I load the launcher and it tells me my account/user/pw is invalid, although on the plus side I can log in to STO now.

    Yeah it looks like the launcher is ready for a patch but cant connect because they havent release it yet so , i guess it will be a few minutes from now

    As the tech crew is progressing, so do the issues people seem to face. I guess we're nearing the solution now as more people report what you see, myself included.

    Yeah Launcher comes up now but then get the method not allowed screen.

    did neone else uninstall... and now awaiting the server to work just to re download the game. and wait even longer :mad::mad:

    Very annoying, copy and paste does not work with your launcher and it conveniently started forgetting my e-mail each time *sigh* So far this is a real lesson in tedium.

    i think the correct thing to do here is take a nap,so that when we are able to login we can do a all nighter

    OK it's only beta, soft launch etc but at least with the likes of diablo 3 you could get launcher to actually load.

    got login screen.

    Then I get a weird error screen after I press login. I can't even copy/paste it.
