Hey everyone i just wanted to share with you a very excellent resource for more information on Neverwinter Lore.

the Dungeons and Dragons Neverwinter Campaign Guide

http://www.amazon.com/Neverwinter-Campaign-Setting-Dungeons-Supplement/dp/0786958146/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1359672267&sr=8-8&keywords=neverwinter

It was mentioned in one of the preview videos for the game. Now keep in mind this is not a "game guide" per say. It is more of a lore book for the D and D tabletop games but i have read that the devs have worked closely with Wizards of the Coast in making Neverwinter. You may not find everything in the book in the game but it would be a very great resource also i assume for Foundry Creators as well :-) so that what is not in the game you could easily recreate!

It comes with a very nice poster map of Neverwinter and it is the same one used in the in the game transition map as well in some of the preview videos.

Definitely something you should check out!

also i need some chat buddies to talk about the game before it comes out :-) preferable anyone who has played Neverwinter Nights and knows of STO too :-) my skype is Evenios :-) if youd like to chat. thanks hope that is helpful!

I would love to see a Boxed Collectors Edition of this game, I would so buy it - on TOP of the Founders pack! And having the book you mentioned as part of the CE would be a great way to immerse players in the world!

Here's Hoping! They had a CE For STO, but just a normal release for CO.

i got the CE of STO much later at a very good price too. I dont mind. I look at the Hero of the North bundle as the "CE" so to speak. and having the physical book (that comes with a poster map of the city) is enough for me for now :-) I dont even think they have plans to release the game at retail as i have not seen any such info. Which considering the game is truely free to play makes since though they could do something like release it on DVD for 20 bucks with the adventures starter pack or something. Since no CE has been annouced so far dont think they will. is fine by me though :-).

Wizards of the Coast has a free PDF about Neverwinter, an excerpt from the Campaign Guide, it is far more accurate than the wiki. Please know, that particular wiki as a whole has many errors, mostly small things, and contains a lot of opinions and improper wordings of things by various editors there. It should not be used as an official source of information.

This is also a nice piece of
official information by WotC, which is the landing page for the pdf I linked above.

Here is some information on various Factions that play a role in the Neverwinter Campaign.

I agree Deaths, I used to have tons of the pb novels, but have since sold/given them away. Easy to get caught up with the digital versions.

Also thanks for the OP's link! I finished reading the campaign book and even though I'm not an avid p&p player, it was very informative!
