-We use GREED for ALL ROLLS in guild runs. If you really, really like greens, sorry, but you will have to roll for them like the rest of us. The only time we NEED is if we didn't have enough Guild/Legit members and have to PUG it.
-We do not kick fellow guild members during runs. You will never be kicked during a guild run. If our guild party can't finish something ourselves, we try another day, (unless someone in the party leaves voluntarily to allow the rest of the party to complete it with another player). Kicking and getting kicked are not our idea of fun!
-We have a bank that is set up to help enhance the growth of new players and/or characters who want to have fun.

Description: TIEFLINGS INC. is a guild reserved only for Tieflings, there is no reqirement for admission other than you are a Tiefling.
There are many guilds which have heavy ongoing expectations of their members (including the requirement to recruit others) and constantly provide pressure for members to get involved and suddenly interrupt what they are doing in order to join others to provide assistance, this can provide stress that if a person is not friendly enough or engaged enough, they will upset the rest of the guild or not 'fit in', also many may find this a serious distraction from their solo gameplay. TIEFLINGS INC. is nothing like this. Members in TIEFLINGS INC. do their own thing and guild chat is currently hardly used. This is a guild to join when you want to be in a guild but do not want to be bothered by normal guild pressures. Members are friendly and helpful, but not in your face and will not bother you unless you want the contact, there are members who are more than willing to help with advice or physical assistance with quests/dungeons, you only need ask, otherwise you will be left to do your own thing. Should people join in future who choose to band together in a more active traditional guild way this will be fine too, but it will happen organically and with no expectations that anyone else has to do anything they don't want to.

Couple questions: 1. Which guild are currently still alive and are focused on Hardcore Raid Progression? *Looking for a Non-mandatory RA but keep 95% anyways so doesnt really matter*
2. I couldnt post a new thread yet *Yes I will no life it to get to level cap and geared etc have a VERY extensive raid leading background starting from EQ1 and going through WOW, Rift, FFARR etc.
3. I am all about min/maxxing so prior to creating my toons race etc looking for some help with tanking and what is best race/class etc. *PM would be great* and Yes it probably doenst matter much about the small base differences but I have OCD when it comes to min/maxxing and doing BiS etc. So please bear that in mind.

-We are a group of adults who will treat you like one and expect you to behave like one. Yes, adults have fun, too.
-Many of our players are F2P. If you don't want to spend money, that's entirely up to you and you will not be judged for sticking to F2P.
-There is no P2W mentality in our ranks. If you want to spend money, that's entirely up to you.
-We use GREED for ALL ROLLS in guild runs. If you really, really like greens, sorry, but you will have to roll for them like the rest of us. The only time we NEED is if we didn't have enough Guild/Legit members and have to PUG it.
-We do not kick fellow guild members during runs. You will never be kicked during a guild run. If our guild party can't finish something ourselves, we try another day, (unless someone in the party leaves voluntarily to allow the rest of the party to complete it with another player). Kicking and getting kicked are not our idea of fun!
-We have a bank that is set up to help enhance the growth of new players and/or characters who want to have fun.
-We do not tolerate abuse of any kind, whether it's toward other players or OUR bank resources. This game is about having fun.

We are an established guild that has been around for a bit but we only have a few members helping with the stronghold and since we want everyone to enjoy the GAME we haven't required members to help to build the SH. However we would like to get some people in that can help us while we help them.

Description: TIEFLINGS INC. is a guild reserved only for Tieflings, there is no reqirement for admission other than you are a Tiefling.
There are many guilds which have heavy ongoing expectations of their members (including the requirement to recruit others) and constantly provide pressure for members to get involved and suddenly interrupt what they are doing in order to join others to provide assistance, this can provide stress that if a person is not friendly enough or engaged enough, they will upset the rest of the guild or not 'fit in', also many may find this a serious distraction from their solo gameplay. TIEFLINGS INC. is nothing like this. Members in TIEFLINGS INC. do their own thing and guild chat is currently hardly used. This is a guild to join when you want to be in a guild but do not want to be bothered by normal guild pressures. Members are friendly and helpful, but not in your face and will not bother you unless you want the contact, there are members who are more than willing to help with advice or physical assistance with quests/dungeons, you only need ask, otherwise you will be left to do your own thing. Should people join in future who choose to band together in a more active traditional guild way this will be fine too, but it will happen organically and with no expectations that anyone else has to do anything they don't want to.

Our goal has always been to attract people of a like-mind; meaning those that enjoy the game of Neverwinter, love Dungeon & Dragons and want to take the time to immerse themselves in this environment. We have quite a few members who actually play the tabletop version. We really want people to be in-game but we do have a small manageable website and a private Facebook page for people to use and get tips/tricks on game play. The guild is really focused around being social and we want people to talk in guild chat and be a part of it as they see fit. We understand there are different styles of game play, commitments to real life activities and we will cater to almost all of them. However, we stress the importance of the 'group' and having players work together. It can be a learning process for some but our Officers have the patience and will work with people on game-play etiquette.
