been wanting to ask you for a while and kept forgetting:
Can you tell us the story of your icon and how you got it? It's just awesome!
Let me see if I can recall. I believe this was during Star Trek Online beta (I've beta'd in practically every Cryptic game to date ) and there was a poster (I won't mention her name and she's forever since been banned from the Cryptic forums last I recall) who was pretty much a sour grape, and insulted the devs on a regular basis. I believe there was some ongoing gag about avatars in one of the beta threads and this said poster decided to accuse Stormshade of stealing her avatar or something (this was not the reason she was banned). I forget the whole details but eventually Stormshade settled on the pup in a cup with the pirate hat detail because I think he got called a pirate or something and said poster kept trying to make a big stink about it.
Again, I don't remember the whole details, this was sometime ago, and the person I just don't want to remember, because to call them a heel would be too nice.

Long time DnD player and a huge fan of the NVW series. This game was something i have wanted for a long time and I hope things go well. Also Stormshade your line management at PAX was impeccable.

Hopefully the crowd control in game is equally as stellar!
Odd.. Have the forms been wiped or have they been really dead the past few months?
Also why do I still see references to evil Atari in the OP? I feel like I time-warped back a year.
The ForUms are alive and well. Check out the other parts besides News or this thread specifically. But yes, the developers responding was limited as they had other obligations they finished on other sites (like CO)

No doubt. I figured the housekeeping would keep things stymied for a couple months. The general forum seems busy but to be honest I expected to see many more pages of threads after a couple months vacation. Anyway, thanks for the response.
Hiya! As a person that grew up in the dark corners of dungeons and dragons, i remember the days of hiding in the basement or the attic to play.. I grew up, and real life took a lot of my time. DANGIT. lol. So here we are today, 35 years after i discovered Dungeons and Dragons, and what do i find? The possibility that there might be a game that matches the most epic times i ever had as a kid. We are probably all looking to this with great interest..

With the same nick I am also on nwnvault.ign.com where I did upload a thing or two since 2006.
I hope to provide some serious content with the NW Foundry in the future and I am allready working on my first STO Foundry missions.

One of my fav. characters I play on NWN1 is Stormlight. So I read yours and thought it an amusing difference.
Though my forum name is Tribal Dancer (Tribaldancer here) most places I play.
