Hopefully it hits preview soon so we know if there's new weapons/armor coming and what can potentially drop from the new trial that no one will ever actually get.

I saw a brief image of a running triceratops type dino. It would be very cool if that was a new mount option.
Beyond that - meh. Same campaign as last 2 mods, with a new uber boss, even harder to kill than KoS. Probably more BiS gear with massive grind requirement.
Hoping there isn't a mod 13b - I'll be ready for a new campaign zone after m13.

Not really, unless they come up with something, that will make it easier to get through all the old campaigns for the boons - and i'm not talking about any ZEN shop item, or that campaign account token they recently added, so that we can get ready for newer content a bit easier.
Not to mention, another module without a new class to dive into? Grrr...
And i really hope this new boss (or any other) doesn't do this knockback being shown in the video too often... it's ok to happen once or twice in a whole fight, but it gets pretty old after 5+ times within a minute. Which reminds me of the Neverwinter Siege, that is coming back to town in a few days... i also hope the Devs have taken some time to improve this event with something fresh, or at least cut down the number of knockbacks the dragons dish out.
Anyway, waiting for more informations on the new module now... hoping it will also include more QoL improvements, for example account-wide Tradebars, Companion Tokens and so on.
I do believe in killing the messenger...

New hunts means new Gear... Also I am sure there will be a new weapon set introduced into the game. I am very tired of the same chult map and all of the same killing of creatures.
Not really excited, if all M13 provides is just a new map and a Trial which is a continuation of chult, then it should have been somewhat of a M12c with less time between 12b and 12c, I mean the theme, landscape and hunt mechanics are most likely to be the same.

Colour me unimpressed. Sounds like one new dungeon (maybe), one new trial and another Big Heroic Encounter with a side order of daily grind thrown in for good measure. The only plus seems to be the announcement that all of the fixes put together during the October Bug Fix exercise will finally be going live in the game. It will be interesting to look at everything on Preview but with such a small amount of new content, I will not be spending much time there so that there is still something left to 'look forward to' at the end of February.

Preview gets updated on Fridays. They are aiming to get it up on preview this week, but Murphy's Law is in effect, so we will see.

We knew about the Lost city of Omu, the conclusion of the death curse storyline, and that there would not be a new class. Well, OK, undead dinosaurs spewing up zombies - that's a new one.
I see we are getting more hunts - that's really the only negative for me - the M12 hunts, with their multiple levels of RNG just do not feel rewarding, and I do not expect the M13 hunts to be any better. As for the HEs, I hope they are better than the M12 HEs - one which is only an annoyance, and the other which players do just once per week for the weekly quest. I'm kind-of hoping the HEs will have meaningful rewards this time.
As for the Cradle of the Death God, well, I am optimistic - hoping to get some challenging content with appropriate rewards....a better chance of getting UES, in particular. The current situation, where it would take me 5 years of grinding to get the UES I need is just, well...pathetic.
As for the rest - there are some strange things listed - what is "removal of the leveling curve for players from 60-70"? Sounds odd.
And then, yea....October bugfixes, a partial SW rework, and something for managing fashion items, right? Sounds good.
Anyhow....I'm cautiously optimistic. I do not foresee any absolute design disasters (like the RQs), and some of the things actually sound pretty good. Hoping to get this on Preview tomorrow - my wife just went out of the country for a couple of weeks, so it's just me and the dog...and plenty of time to play.
Hoping for improvements...

After reading the article, it does sound cool, and is somewhat a logical progression with the story, and I'm all for that.
Sadly, the only real thing I'm excited about for Mod13, is fixes from bugtober, and the hinted SW tweaks, as my main is a SW.

New Tricerotops mount, undead T-Rex, Gorrilas and ugh lizardfolk (I hate lizardfolk trappers!).
It'll most likely contain the same mechanics as the current hunts but more expanded as mentioned above but then you don't reinvent the wheel mid story, same with mod 13, we'll see some of what we've seen so far with maybe something new.

Not every, but FBI/MSP/TONG/other hard content should. I mean, people would just grind ESOT if it could drop UES.

It probably means that they are making the XP necessary to level up after 60 more on par with what players experienced up to that point. 4 to 60 just running quests you gain multiple levels per zone. 60+ it can take forever to grind out 1 level unless you are really powerleveling. The 60+ stuff and EE just dont feel connected to the original game. YMMV

Cryptic surely won't release easier dungeons because it's supposed to be at least equal/harder/same ilvl. Old ones don't count, UES were released last mod, so they were supposed to drop on at least one dungeons which is the most recent.

Tradebars can be account wide using your bank. Otherwise they are only visable to the character who opened the lockbox.

The still suffer from the legacy of 192 vigilance quests.
The trailer looks interesting, but to be honest, all I want is to see more self-driven exploration. I'd be happy if the existing dungeons were simply restored to their former glory.
