Cloak Tower and vote kick issue

Ok, so there are these people who level up multiple chars just enough to do Cloak Tower (trying to not use the 3 letter b word) . They get stuck in terrain sometimes and after being in instance for over 5 mins, a vote still can't be initiated. If the player hasnt been in instance long enough, that message will be displayed, but in this case, nothing. Choosing any of the 3 options just does nothing. No error message, no vote countdown, the other player doesn't get asked to vote.

Also, aren't the RAD rewards for random queues based on level? How much can these guys possibly make doing this?

If they get stuck on terrain and you cannot talk to them it is a high chance it is a bot. And then the reason it is not levelled/geared is obvious, they could lose it to action from Cryptic at any time.

Report them. Votekick should work after enough time has passed, but in particular with well geared people in zone the levelling dungeons tends to be done before votekick timer kicks in

There's a how-to on reporting bots in the game in the Rules & Policies and Guidelines sticky. Search "I found a" and expand the element labeled "I found a "bot" player or players. How do I report them?" Closing this up as the forum is not the place to report or discuss ToS/EULA violating bad behavior.
