RESOLVED - [PC] Unexpected downtime

PC servers were back up as of 10:35am PT. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We are aware of issues with logging into Neverwinter on PC at this time and are investigating. We hope to have an update as soon as possible.

    Yeah, apparently most of the devs are "sick" *cough* so I suspect they had a bunch of interns do maintenance yesterday with some telephonic assistance. :smile:

    Flu has been pretty nasty here in the U.S. Hope they aren't out with that, it's awful!

    The account server has been unable to authenticate logins due to time out for nearly 10 minutes, looks like the hamsters have downed tools big time.

    i will help you guys with investigation i sold zen for ad i bought char slots wanted change character to create new on and after 'change character' click boom unable to authenticate

    Looks like its going to be one of those days, managed to login and get 10 minutes to reset professions and tend my guild structures but as soon as I attempted to change characters I got logged out. Sever unavailable again.

    We call it the Cryptic Plague. It mutates depending on if we take it to our families or we bring it to the office from home.

    I'm on my second round of it :-/
