We are restarting the login server for Neverwinter on PC due to an unexpected crash. If you are currently in game you will be unable to make purchases. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I think it is bigger than that. Can't log into Team Speak either. Something happened somewhere. Server status is now green but still getting the can't authenticate message.

    I was booted, the other 2/3rds of my party got to stay, now I can't log back on, pretty sure something is still wrong.

    Login is HARD DOWN. You *might* want to start escalating to the on call supervisor at your colo and have them get their *** down there to see what happened....

    STO down too.... ive seen several server restarts it seems.... server status indicator is going back and forth.... bet some n00b updated something on server......

    i give them an hour of trying to roll back.... But I predict a server restore coming....

    That moment when Mommy is still playing while Daddy got booted during character change and toddler is upset cause she wanted to see the monsters with daddy not mommy...

    It's just the Cryptic Games Login Server, not the game server.

    It is more than just the log-in server, as I tried to change characters in game and it kicked me out of the game. The account server is also down.

    Pretty much, just irritating because I'm usually reading a book, listening to music, watching a movie, and playing NW all at once. So mind numbing that I lost one of the many activities that keeps me sane...ish
