can't mail

My main toon can use the mail box i can seend mail to my alts but my lats cant seend mail back at all. All my allts are 40+ 3 are 70 and still cant seend mail whats up with this junk.

What is the error message you are receiving when trying to send?

no error message that i can see when i try to send the mail the mail just goes away nothing is taken from inventory its like i never even tryed to send mail at all

yeah there is no error at all. going try a force verify just incast. but i have in installed in 2 computers andit still wont work on the other one eather. it sucks all my purple assests are on my alts now and i cant get them back. Wish they lets us use the bank for this stuff.

That is definitely strange. I will mention this thread to Julia tomorrow to see if she knows of anything going on with mail.

i am even a founder no quest or something like that was put in for useing mail wile i was not playing and i have spent a ton of zen so im good on that

but in a bug report. i hate email support its not real support most time they dont even read the email befor they send a auto respons.yes last night will see what happen then ill deciede what to do next.

Please know that bug reports do not get responses as those do not go to Support, they go to Cryptic's QA Team. Support issues go to the Game Masters at PWE and generally get a response withing 48 hours on business days. lol did a support and nothing they can do told me to put in a bug report so as of now this is a dead game to me no point in playing seeing i can realy only play 1 toon that can use all options in the game like how they say its a unreported gameplay bug i have read a lot of ppl have mailing problems for a wile now now o hate this next part i got to do but game is not plaable any more as stated. byby
