Symbol of Air cooldown

I have seen this problem on the forums multiple times, but I believe it is time to fix it. The cooldown on the Artifact of Air remains at 180 seconds across all levels. It should scale appropriately down to 60 seconds as all other elemental artifacts.

    Is it the CD or the tooltip that is incorrect?

    The cooldown, there's no reason a Mythic artifact should have a 3 minute cooldown, esp. when all other Elemental mythic artifacts have a 60 second cooldown.
