@nitocris83 Letting Renown expire is fine, "fame is fleeting" and it's easy to grind out however much you want. Continuing to let Figurines expire is NOT alright. I can't think of anything else that can be bought in the Zen shop that just goes "poof" in a month. Also, the first Jubilee or two was a 2 week affair, making it super easy to get enough Figurines for garden tickets.
It's too late to help out this year, but you guys still have a few weeks to get rid of the timer on Figurines before they expire. It won't help people who've cashed out already, but anyone who is hanging on to them out of ignorance or hope can benefit next year.

Pssstt... That's not why. Jubilee's never been longer than a week. When they changed the reward structure last year to this "bounty" thing, it was a HARSH nerf to the rate of gain of Figurines, from 5/day for doing all Elminster's quests, to 1/day assuming you open a box at the correct time, and MAYBE more if you farm the event like crazy.
Store pricing is still balanced around it being easy to get lots of Figurines and taking quite a bit of effort to get the thousands of Reknown for a throne, even though the change to the event has completely reversed the situation. If you are trying to get Figurines, you will amass enough Reknown to drown in.
Question ... does the event store stay open beyond the end event date, and if so which NPC do I talk to purchase event items after the event end? I had read somewhere that the event store stays open for a week after the event ends. Now I can't find where to spend my event figurines and currency. Thanks in advance.

It's too late now. Holdover vendors only last until the next event that uses the dais. Often this is a week but not always. Since the Lliira event started, everything to do with Jubilee is gone.

So maybe someone can tell me, besides the answer to the broken content, what is the point of having currencies that last 45 days when the ability to spend them doesn't even last 2 weeks? I got figurines and thousands of Renown I was holding, waiting for a resolution from Customer service, and now I have to hope customer service comes through, because I can't even spend the things anymore. If the currency was to last until the next event, I could even forgive the bugged, broken quests, content, and lack of consistent timing between the currency expiry and the spending time.

There is no point at all. That is why one should spend it before the vendor disappears. No point to hold on to it. They could set it to expire in 15 days, 20 days, 100 days or 180 days. No difference at all. It has been like that for one or two years. I did exchange figurine to bag of renowns which does not expire.

Bah, details. I just remembered it used to be reliable and easy to get enough Figurines for Garden Tickets and now it's RNG or buy. I only got the Unicorn on my main (aka, my collections/achievement zombie), but in the process I got about 25,000 renown.
Despite all that, selling something in the cash shop that evaporates into the ether if you don't use it immediately is, at best, highly unethical.
I also wonder if the Ticket "trick" still works. I think I'll check on a mule alt later...
I have been compensated in the past for items lost to glitched content - I'd at least expect to not have my earned rewards become useless and be ignored while performing cooperative investigation. Honestly, it feels like I was asked to wait in the reception area past the point of my coupon being expired and then being told "We're sorry, your coupon is expired." I feel like I not only lost rewards due to the bugs, but I lost rewards by merely cooperating with an investigation from Customer Service. Lost due to bugs is one thing, lost due to being cooperative... that's a severe form of insensitivity.
"Thanks you for your cooperation during this investigation, sorry your ice cream melted while you were waiting."

You made the decision to hang on to the currency when you knew it was going to expire. You knew the vendor would disappear. Wait! You don't. Well, for me, when the event ends, I expect the vendor would be gone. Yes, you could have and you should have spend the currency like others did. Who stopped you to do so? You did. I don't understand what you are driving at.
What is the bug btw? I suppose they did not understand what the bug you tried to present. Hence, they asked for images so that they hoped they could understand.

Sorry, I thought the combination of my posts covered the basic situation. Quests weren't appearing - items not dropping, and me thinking there was a point to having forty five days to use items, when they said they'd last forty five days. And the vendor for turning in currencies usually stands around for more than one or two days. As for hanging on to the currency, I was hoping there'd be a resolution to the missing Figurines and spending the figurines I had on hand would sabotage any chance of buying key items, should I be granted the missing (unreceived) figurines. So much for consistency. I guess I'll just have to hope the Devs have some magical way of discovering the what and why and find it in their hearts to compensate those that were adversely effected by the glitchy Event this Anniversary.
There was more information in my last post, but I overstepped the boundaries in the content I posted. It sort of looks odd because the part that was left is a little out of context. Partially I was venting and partially I was wondering what I was missing that I would expect to be able to run five event quests each day on each of my characters and receive full rewards each day on each of my quests for each of my characters but not actually receive what the content promised and not know who I should report it to or how long I should hold onto the rewards so that when I finally received the missing rewards I could collect the prizes that needed all fifteen of the Figurines and all six thousand of the Renown.

I just want to add 3 things so that people can expect what may happen in the future.
1. The after vendor vendor may not exist at all because it all depends on if there is a new event coming up right the way. This time was a little bit different. The event started on Tuesday instead of the usual Thursday in PC platform. Hence, there were 2 extra days. If it started on Thursday, it would not have the after event vendor at all. Hence, don't assume it must have a after event vendor. 2. Some events need more than one vendor such as the siege event. There is only one after event vendor. 3. If possible, do the exchange before the event ends. Otherwise, you will take a risk because I expect there is a possibility that the after event vendor may not exist even if there will be no back to back event coming up (in the calendar). Of course, sometime, the gamble may worth it but regardless, there is a gamble.

Yes, thanks, plasticbat. Helpful advice. Another helpful advice, apparently, is not to stand around with money in hand, hoping that the devs will reimburse missing currencies before the opportunity to spend them is gone. However, this is one of those times when the payoff from the gamble might still turn out to be worth it. If it pays off, I won't know until the devs get back from their 4th of July vacation, as they would be the ones to fix the broken content and maybe, just maybe compensate those who got robbed (assuming they can still detect actions of the past).

Just asking, not challenging....
