The Maze Engine Campaign Store - purchases not unlocking ! !

I just purchased the "elemental fire armor package" from the campaign store, and it is not showing as unlocked (it is showing I have to purchase again). Especially not cool as I deleted the armor package as soon as it hit my inventory as I didn't have any intention to transmute; I figured I would just grab it from the store in the future just as I've done countless times w/ the dread set

I have logged to character screen and back and the store is still trying to charge the 5k in alliance supplies. I've also logged completely out and back and same thing.

I've been chiping away at the next set to unlock for the last few months, so not cool . .

    Have you contacted support? They have the proper tools to look into specific account purchase issues.

    The act of opening the box unlocks the set permanently. Transferring a box to an alt to open unlocks the set for them too.

    Aww that's pretty frustrating. It sounds like the OP claimed the box and assumed that was the unlock, so they tossed it without opening.

    If so, it sounds like the only recourse is a polite but persistent request to CS, with the hope that they grant you a box. I'd say you have a fair shot, since it's not tradeable and the unlock functionality is not clearly explained in game.

    FYI, if you want to unlock an armor set for another class, you have to do a silly little dance. You claim another copy of the armor on the character that unlocked it, send the pack to your other class alt, have them open the box and toss the armor (it will be for the wrong class) and then they can claim their own box from the vendor again. So yeah, confusing.

    Oh man that sux....i did just delete the box w/o opening it. I have already pinged CS so will stay in touch with them.

    Thats just terrible development imo guys; like its intuitive that opening the box is the unlock vs purchasing the box (?!)
