So, the gear looks interesting in most cases, statswise, eh, I've never been a fan of the cursed gear idea but it might be good in some cases

The gear transmutes look very nice. For the stats, I may run some of it on a fresh level 70 just to see how synergistic the gear can be.

    Thanks @scathias - nicely done.

I don't think my feedback about how the equipment looks really belongs in the main thread, but will tag @mimicking#6533 here.

While some pieces pull in familiar costume elements, it was pleasant to see these and the artist(s) made a nice variety of stuff. I was expecting more re-use of the appearances of removed equipment from pre-EE, but this is fine.

The slight pink smoke effect on the Psion's Shroud actually looks really neat, but I can't look at it without thinking that any armor enchant at all is going to obscure it so badly that there's no point, and that's sad.

I'm not sure how I feel about torso armor that has a full sleeve and (mostly) disables the visuals of your gauntlets. It does mean no difficulty in finding something to match, but removes choice in case you had something else in mind. I have been annoyed by armor designs in the past that had bits of shirt sleeves and pant legs tacked on so that the entire set lined up if worn together but could not be used well in mix-and-match transmuting.

On the stats, I find the cursed and quirky gear interesting, but since I seldom get a chance to complete the big SH HEs, I've never owned any.

Reminds me of the maze engine. Transmute fodder attached to stupid grinding.

For me it's less of the looks and more of how the armor has, in many cases, 0 AC on the chest pieces. Makes them mostly useless IMO.

EDIT: I understand that most likely having the full AC that a normal piece of armor gives + 50k HP would be a little much but would say 6 or 8 or something be too much? It would then be more useful IMO if it at least had SOME since you could make up the stats somewhere else vs needing to make up nearly 10% DR.

Terramak made a sneaky edit to his last post in the locked patch notes and the missing AC is a bug.

I'm really feeling those dragon guises for transmuting
