In Mountain time zone here as well and haven't been able to get in at all today, what 8 hours past when they said it was all fixed now? I sent a ticket because live chat/support seems to be MIA as well today but we all know maybe a week or 2 down the road someone may read that ticket.

Would it be possible to maybe put the 2xAD event back up for something like 1 day? I understand that there might be pressure from the top for the zen sale but the 2xAD event should be doable and not take too much time if other events are not put on together with it. Most of the other events are repeated more often but the 2xAD is a very very rare event which many had look forward to.
Though I can say for most of the community that we really look forward to zen sales and its a shame it's cut short. Maybe throw another one during the festive if management allows? People's pockets get filled during that time afterall so.. more spending power! It will also lessen the sting of this time's cutoff while not affecting the schedules as much. Nothing's better than a couple of zen charges as a present

A bunch of events that are supposed to be cycling through for the duration of the winter festival have disappeared from the calendar again, which according to recent patch notes seems to be due to a recurrent bug with the calendar. But there should be 2xRP, 2xXP, etc. again soon, though maybe not 2xAD.
Don't forget that not only did they cut the zen sale short, but they also removed the x2 astral diamonds that was on the in-game calendar for the 25th of December.

Hey @nitocris83, perhaps a bit of an olive branch to players who are still up in arms about the 11-29 outage would be, system-wide, to just kick off the winter festival by showering every single player with a 20%-off-anything Zen coupon (one per account) and say 5k of refined (NOT ROUGH) astral diamonds (once per account).
This acknowledges that, on average across the whole user base, there's a whole bunch of people who got shorted out of some time intended to be grinding or buying. It also acknowledges that the logistics of trying to reopen the 2x events for just 3 more hours or one more day could cause more problems than it solves. (E.g. planning, testing, deployment, smooth communication, smooth on/off, not ticking off people for whom the timing is weird due to different timezones, etc.).
I mean, ignoring the usual negative nancies who seem to enjoy complaining about the game more than actually playing it, or who instantly assume nothing will be done about it, there's a bunch of legitimate complaints since the outage and if every person taking the time to complain on the forum represents even a couple hundred of the most active players who don't know or care about posting here, it kinda adds up.
