Unable to copy characters to the PTS

When I use this link: http://nw.perfectworld.com/preview it redirects me to this one: http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter
I know there's also this link: http://www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/nw but when I choose the only available server NeverwinterPreview(Mimic) I can't see any character:

Any tip?

@lazaroth666 It appears to be working ok for me, so I'm not sure what the issue is. Maybe try signing in and out of your Arc account?

Looks like a browser issue to me as the list drops down, it's just not displaying your characters. What browser are you using and is it fully updated? Have you changed any of its settings? Have you tried another browser?

I already tried logging in and out. I'm using two browsers: Opera and Maxthon (fully updated) and both gave me the same error but now I downloaded Chrome and seems to be working there.

http://nw.perfectworld.com/preview this one redirects me to arc games in any of the three browsers. (Is it not working anymore?
http://www.arcgames.com/en/my/character/copy/nw Only this one is working in Chrome.

That first link is no longer valid. I'll update the preview post.

That first link is from the old website. It continued to function for a long time but no longer does. The second link is the correct one. In my experience it works in Chrome and Firefox.

I just had a peek (current browser is technically Firebug, not Firefox) and my characters are available, but I noticed I don't currently have the option to copy to Owlbear, on the off-chance that there was something necessary to check on routine patches right now, as opposed to the main preview build.

Owlbear is the secondary test server, and is only up when they're doing tests. Owlbear won't be up constantly all the time and may go up and down during testing periods. Mimic is the default test server (aka NeverwinterPreview) and will generally always be available in some form.

* What is the Difference beteween Mimic and Owlbear?
When there is a New Module on Mimic, Owlbear is used instead for testing of patches that will be published to Dragon prior to the release of the Module in testing on Mimic. If Owlbear is available, you'll also have the option to patch that test server in the launcher, as well as be able to transfer characters there too. Mimic and Owlbear are two entirely separate testing environments and as such will each require their own patched installations.

Uh yeah, I know. Check the preview patch notes. They've been doing weekly patches on Owlbear the past couple of weeks.

Normally, if the shard isn't able to be transferred to, it isn't up. Edited my post to be clear on that. However, the devs are saying that it's being used in lieu of Mimic and the moment. Asking why transfers aren't available now.

That is why I mentioned it as a potential issue. Both test shards have been in use, and it wasn't looking like Mimic is ready to be the live build yet.

All I could get from this late hour is they've just recently become aware of the transfer issue and are looking into it.
