I believe that I am getting too old to play online games in general. My level of frustration with the quality of people that end up playing online games seems to never end. Simple things that make no sense to me make me wonder what in the world is going on with our society as a whole. A simple example is the person who waits until you kill the Thayans and then swoops in while you are killing the last guy and takes the wizard bag. Not much of offense but a general HAMSTER bag move for sure. When you thank that person for their stupidity they simply respond "nooob" and then "get ignored".. wow.. if I were a betting man, I would say that was the classic work of a kid and if he/her were mine they would be missing part of their body or be sleeping softly in a shallow grave. What drives people to be this way.. is it too much work to be polite and courteous to others? How about those people you pick up 2-3 times because they cannot live through a demonic fight and then they call you names? Where is the logic in this? Sorry for the rant.. have more fun picking on this post but just thought I would vent for a few.

Changing instance to one where less people are is a horrible solution, considering this is a multiplayer game. Why am I forced to avoid others?
Also... IRL... these kids would not have the balls to do anything of the sort. They are usually impotent, scrawny shitheads who think that tough words make you a man.
It's not just this game, either--it's the gaming culture in general. "Claim faster, run faster, blah blah blah because you snooze, you lose!!" is the mantra these days. And it sucks like a starving black hole.

Shameful behavior is still shameful, regardless of the reasons or the justification.

there is often aggressivity, lack of consideration etc pp in game
sometimes it's favorized by game design (as here, especially when there are too few objects... that quest is rather bothersome)
... these unfavorable situations
that can blacken our mood
happen often in neverwinter
i started seeing them as *special challenge*
sometimes they even seem to be the main challenge here... really tough!

Just take this artificier's workshop trial for instance, since it's the weekend, you'll start noticing the leechers in force. Unlike previous event skirmishes where they are used to waiting at the campfire and get rewarded, this skirmish requires you to activate group circles twice. I just came from a couple of runs where everyone else had to wait up to 5 minutes before we could convince the leecher to move from the campfire, since we couldn't kick him.
I was so disgusted that I stopped playing. The mindset of wasting other people's time because of personal reasons is very immature.
Another tip I can give is that if somebody tries to steal your loot, always stand directly on top of skill nodes and chests while you fight enemies. It normally at least discourages thieves, but don't make the same mistake I did and leave the single-targeting add for last. Always keep the big guy with targetless aoe instead.
