Its not the first time they have pulled a trick like this. First it was the "No your dragon hoards won't get nerfed" Two weeks later they are nerfed. Then there was 2xRp followed the next day with a price crash on Gmop. Then the sneaky leadership nerf which was announced (in patch notes) the day before. Now its the great trade bar swindle. Are they deliberately trying to see how much they can **** us over before it starts hitting their profit margin. It feels like every couple of months they have a compulsion to kick us in the nuts.
You know, I believe the worst part isn't the fiasco with the C Wards and P Wards and such, but it's the given response. The response is basically, yeah, we don't really care. It's the patronizing, and the hypocrisy. It is the fact that PW means by parity, not everything will sell equally on each platform, and we need to maximize our income on each individual item. By we are still in discussion, that simply means trying to figure out how to turn a profit. They realized 2x AD in a trade house with low exchange rates means lots of AD being generated to then be exchanged to Zen to then be used on the keys to acquire more tarmalune bars, all the while not having actual dollars spent on Zen. Now, throw in the fact the idea to put in a 2x refinement while C Wards and Blood Rubies are the focus of attention... reminding people about them in the Zen Market... You know what they say media... there is no such thing as bad publicity. Oh, and thank you for the Adventure Pack that contains nothing of actual value, and a whopping 15 Percent mark down... yes sir, that makes up for the thousands that people have spent in preperation. Most importantly, I would like to say from at least one gamers point of view your pre automated responses to tickets and general disdain for all of us. It is good to know that instead of actually reading and responding to actual issues, complaints, suggestions, comments, and actual players, that you have mainstreamed the process by simply attaching a name to an automatic message responder. Sure makes things cheaper and more efficient. With all the money that comes in, and the none going out, I can only assume that one day functional servers might be a part of the plan?

This is ridiculous. The longer you leave this, the worse it's going to get. Either man up and tell us the trade store is staying as is and take the HAMSTER storm coming your way, or make that change and give the wards back. Let's be honest here you've already lost enough players without this whole dancing round the issue.
Also fix the damn calendar and sort out the double AD that's supposed to be happening this weekend. At least you could tell us if that's still going ahead.

The biggest thief in Neverwinter is Cryptic. Cryptic, you should take your own advice. You actually PROMOTE this kind of behaviour by destroying any loyalty players may feel. Players who are grossly unhappy with your company are much less likely to abide by your terms of service.
I actually know a player who purchased AD from 3rd party sites twice since Christmas. He was caught both times and received a 7 day suspension both times. He didn't care. That was 7 days playing a different game, came back and started using the MILLIONS of new AD in his account.
He now has VIP 12, an Armored Axe Beak and all the artifacts he was missing.
A week ago I thought he was a d*** but now I'm not bothered. You know why? Because he's no worse than you.

Its time you realised that Live is different from PC here we talk to each other outside of this game the Live chat is what binds us together. Look we meet guys on one game realise they are great guys and hook up in others, when we move to other games we chat about our experiences. Think about this for a second if every player on here has about 50 or so guys on their friends list and they ask them about Neverwinter what do you think they will say, now project that across the Neverwinter playerbase, how much future business do you think you are losing every day this drags on lol.

I wonder if they will issue some sort of apology along with today's statement. They really ought to, as the last 2 days have alienated a large segment of the playerbase. I think it's only fair that they admit to their blunder, and I think that's what most people want to see before opening their wallets again..
Their big issue will be whether many of us will ever open our wallets again after this? Even if they bring back the wards what makes them think we will risk further cash after they have shown how far they are prepared to go?
This is getting ridiculous. I'm in complete agreement now with people trying to claim their money back from Microsoft for money spent for Zen. If this helps anyone with their claim for a refund, there are several posts/articles from Mods, and Cryptic staff about what we should expect from changes to the game, which contradict Strumslingers post stating that we should not expect 'parity'.

i would like to know how PWE thinks that these actions will generate more money? From what I can tell all they have done is anger the whole community. New update gets us all excited thinking we will be upgrading our gear only to find it's going to take more of our cash. I hear PWE saying blah blah economy this and blah blah parity that, it's all rubbish. Does PWE not make enough money already? This whole strategy will end up loosing money as they ban more players, take away 2x diamonds and runestones. Then give us 2x refinement?? PWE knew exactly what they were doing and didn't care how we would react. They will drag their feet on this issue in the hope we will spend more cash. But once they see that most people won't spend money, 10 bucks for a coal ward lol, they will again do a u turn to find some other way to squeeze money from its players. But not me. I bet they lost a good chunk of players money over these lies. I see a board sitting round a table trying to find other ways to cheat its players out of cash. This is not the first time this has happened and it won't be the last. I see new updates as things to be scared of. Not things to be looked forward to. Such a shame.

This is one of their favorite statements. It may even have held true on the PC once. The problem with it on Xbox is they would have to compromise your Xbox Live Account. How many people got their XBL account compromised to just clean out their NW account? Would really like to see a non bs statistic on that. Since the XBL platform is much more traceable than a random PC on the net somewhere... That said yeah, they don't want you paying any 3rd party for their bits and bytes that they consider their intellectual property. Remember, no matter how many hours you were grinding away that Artifact is not ever yours.

Also with all this ward bs, has nobody noticed the downgrade we got at the moment you're refining stuff? That system might work for PC but in Xbox it's pointless and more time consuming to be selecting all the refinement 1 by 1 instead of just spamming the A button like we used to do it.
This is quite possibly some of the WORST Customer Service I have ever witnessed.
It's akin to going to a car dealership to buy a nice truck you saw advertised on tv, buying the truck, waiting for it to be delivered and then when it is you discover that the tires weren't included in your purchase...
