I can't comment too much on what you've said, although I will mention that I have 2 full bags (of our biggest bags!) of fashion on live, so I understand the concerns about fashions. (And I'm sure the other devs will vouch for me talking about that)
Having established that I'm nuts about fashion, I wanted to add in a method to reclaim the familiar cloak and the battlerager fashion to the repeatable reward pack, but I wasn't able to for the release of the module.
That being said, I've given myself a task to do it as a post-launch QoL feature because I agree that we should be able to reclaim transmute items... and also because I want a stable of battlerager fashion and cloaks to give to all of my (many) alts.
@commanderander Maybe you can add so we can reclaim the Bruenors Helm artifact too? The one you get from a quest.. You cant reclaim it.

Feedback: Baphomet's Infernal Talisman "Talisman" has a specific meaning in the game: an offhand item used by Control Wizards. This reward should have a name that makes it clear that it is an Artifact Cloak. Something like "Baphomet's Infernal Pendant"
Bug: Low level enemies in Howling Through the Skyhold Two groups of enemies in the "Howling Through the Skyhold" quest are still far below the intended level. The following screenshots may be a bit unclear, but the enemies were level 43. The other enemy groups were level 71.
Bug: Drizzt Do'Urden's Ally The "Drizzt Do'Urden's Ally" meta-achievement gave me credit for the "Life of the Party" and "Maze Master" achievements at the end of Chapter 12, before I had completed either achievement or even the Epilogue quest. I was able to complete both achievements later.
Bug: Ballad of Baphomet It is not possible to complete the weekly quest "Ballad of Baphomet". After defeating Baphomet and returning through the portal, the quest sends you back to the Baphomet instance. After defeating Baphomet and returning through the portal, the quest sends you back to the Baphomet instance. After defeating Baphomet and returning through the portal, the quest sends you back to the Baphomet instance. Etc.
Feedback: Friendly Goliath I wasn't able to complete this achievement. I got stuck. It may be broken or I may have been looking in the wrong place. It's possible that the achievement requires doing group content which I have avoided. I'm throwing in the towel. I kept hoping to find another clue in a later quest and it never came. Frustrating.
Bug: In Nature's Defense The daily quest "In Nature's Defense" cannot be completed. After defeating the 6 waves of cultists, the boss "Valden Burningheart" doesn't appear. The NW.60.20160301d.2 patch notes state "In Nature's Defense: The boss fight at the end of this quest is now a little more challenging." His non-existence is an insurmountable challenge.

So, I finished the campaign, and here are some comments on the last part: The last daily quest had to be the Icespire one....unfortunately, as it is by far the worst quest of the campaign. It will be slightly less irritating on live, as you can use the VIP signpost to get back home, instead of having to ride the long way back, but ... ugh ... I think it's pretty safe to say that when this quest will be offered as the daily I will skip it. It would feel less pointless if there were more fights along the route, or if you didn't have to go quite this far for the second fight.
Anyhow - the fights with the two Balors and Lans were decent - not hard, but decent (but I had "downgraded" from TiL 3500+ to 2700), so good job there...and no issues in chapter 11, until at the very end (or start of Chapter 12) when I had accepted the quest that required me go back to Mantol-Derith, but at that point there was no portal, and no "sparkly trail" leading back to the exit. Not a problem, of course, as I could easily go back, but it felt like an oversight.
Chapter 12: The fight with Baphomet was fine - not too hard, not too easy - I think you got that just right. One small issue: After the fight I could not get out - no portal and no way to get to the exit/entrance. I had to use a teleport scroll to get out. The epilogue was great - felt like a proper heroic ending.
I got the last boon, but I would really like to know what qualifies as "Healing spell" for "Engine Inspiration".
Finally, I had the same problem as two30: Bug with with Ballad of Baphomet. After you defeat Baphomet, you cannot turn the quest in to Bruenor - you just get directed to kill Baphomet again..and again....and...
Thanks for the feedback! I've fixed Ballad of Baphomet locally, you should be seeing it rolled out sometime this week.
adinosii, to clarify your bug with chapter 12, at the end of the fight, were you put back into the tunnels, or were you left in the open area where you fought Baphomet?

Hi guys, adinosii, to clarify your bug with chapter 12, at the end of the fight, were you put back into the tunnels, or were you left in the open area where you fought Baphomet?
I was where I fought Baphomet, in the circular area. There was no exit portal inside the area, and I could not leave it by walking out - eventually I teleported out. It is possible, of course that I just missed something, though, but when I came back to the area a while later (for Ballad of Baphomet), I had no problems whatsoever when leaving.
Cant seem to complete this, I did the three chapters but cannot get anywhere with this. Has Red flag when quest selected like Im in the wrong area.
Uhm...might it be that you need to do the relevant task in the campaign/boon window ?
Ty for that, but that brings up another point, how would one assume that was the next step as there is nothing alluding to need to do that. Prior to your assistance there was no way one would know In the Quest log under "Interlude: Your Legend" that you now need to go to the campaign window at that time, only the instruction to "Complete aid to BB..." is stated with nothing pointing what to do next.
Feedback: Baphomet's Wall of Stone Something feels awkward about the timing of Baphomet's Wall of Stone. It's preceded by a big red circle, but I've been caught by Wall of Stone while outside the circle and while control immune. It's possible that the Wall of Stone was chaining off of my companion, which would explain being hit while outside the red circle. It's also possible that it is intended to bypass control immunity. Feels weird though.
Bug: "Escape the Maze" daily quest The "Escape the Maze" daily quest is impossible to complete. It sends you to the Maze Engine map instead of the Baphomet's Maze map. There's no way to "Rescue Trapped Wizards (0/5)" when they're in the maze, but you're not.
For reference, this is Baphomet's Maze, where you should be sent:
Whereas, this is the Maze Engine map, where you are sent:
Feedback: Demonic Tome of Experience I don't understand why the experience gain from the 5-day repeatable reward is random. Regardless, give us the numbers. The tooltip shouldn't say "small", "moderate", or "large". It should give precise values.
We have the showstopper with the repeatable maze quest fixed for our push tomorrow.
Text-related bugs will be fixed within the coming weeks, those were all great catches that I will PORE over the next few days.
two30, I will look into getting the XP displayed, but I believe it's dependent on the level of the player opening the box. If we can't display the numbers, I'll at least see if we can get that clarification in there.
As a last bit, since we're going live tomorrow, I just wanted to thank everyone here for all the great feedback and posts about the campaign. I know I say that a lot, but I wanted to really emphasize it. It was a blast working on the campaign and implementing (what I could) of your suggestions, bug bashes, and feedback, all of which have helped to make the campaign something great. I hope you all will enjoy playing the campaign on live, and I'll see you all in game!

If you ask Sgt. Knox in Protector's Enclave about Lans, the dialogue option doesn't give his surname/clan name (whatever Goliaths have) as Thuliaga, but something else. Presumably a leftover bit of a name that was changed in development.

I've run into something that is a campaign pacing problem for me, although it is probably working as intended. It still seems worth mentioning though.
I actually unlocked the ability to proceed into Act 2 on Sunday. But there was urgent refinement to finish off and various other time-sensitive stuff and it got way too late, so I didn't play it. I expected to be able to play it Monday, but again it got late and even if I had decided to blow off sleep, I wouldn't be able to appreciate the quests. I thought I should be able to at least do a quick daily mission so that I wouldn't get further behind on acquiring the Tales of Adventure to be able to complete campaign tasks later, but these are apparently disabled while story quests are active. Since the various threats to Neverwinter don't actually go away just because you're currently playing an act, perhaps daily missions should always be available once the campaign has begun? This would be nicer for people who want to sit down and pay attention but end up unable to do so, and keep getting further behind as a result. I already wasn't able to begin the campaign on launch day, and while I'm not in a gawdawful hurry, it is bumming me out that when I have to wait 10 days and 15 days, that timer kicks in only when I have finished the relevant acts, because I can't work on collecting the needed items in the interrim via short quests if it takes me several days to play the chapters.
BUG: In chapter 8, Celeste's dialogue audio cuts in before Knox's dialogue audio has finished.

Gared Chandler's life sucks. I've actually always thought he was a little too composed and coherent after Salvatore had his entire family murdered, but that's beside the point here. Anyway, it was actually nice to see a fairly throwaway NPC brought back and fleshed out a little. More stuff like this, please. I love it when the NPCs actually have lives beyond the bits we see.
Speaking of which, the Chapter 8 dialogue between Knox and Celeste about Neverember's trustworthiness was great.
The caged adventuring party seems somehow familiar, knowing now a few things about Sean's IRL DMing for his colleagues. This was a fun touch. I could only read names on 4 of the 6 no matter how much I wiggled the camera around. Not sure if this was intended. Chapter 9 was incredible. Great level design. The staging was so well done. I was most suitably appalled by the things I was witnessing, and I think that sometimes does get lost when every drow you deal with is a chaotic good rebel. Very impressed by use of digging animation to emulate a beating. I had so many questions about what was going on around me, not that I expected answers to them, but it really felt alive.

This boon could use a more neutral name. Its current name "Baleful Clutch" can be controversial from the viewpoint of roleplaying.
