Any Alpha by Cryptic Studios or Perfect World Entertainment would have one.

Not just games. I was a beta tester for some 3D software and that came with an NDA. They are standard practice in a lot of industries, not just games/software.

I was part of the test, but for some reason I can't access that part of the forum. Can only see the PVP Alpha. And yes, the whole idea is that you can't discuss it because it will still change.

For the PvP alpha they added more players as time went on. I'd expect them to keep the traffic low in early testing.

Considering the number of leaks in this alpha. I expect them to just cancel the alpha program completely.

As for any Alpha testing that may or may not being going on... I can neither confirm nor deny such statements. Only that if there was Alpha Testing happening at any given time, said Alpha would be held to an NDA. So, on that note, this thread is closed.
