Leadership at Level 25 - this is it???

Its actually taking half the time...it was 1 day before and now its 12 hours...

at least one of the rares was also modified... 22 Capture Bandit Leader now has a Resonant bag instead of just gold xp and leadership xp like it did...so now its worth doing

and if you do it right based on the current rates of the refining stones in the AH you can make around 8k AD per day there...and that doesn't have to be refined. thats also based on getting uncommon 25% of the time...rare stones seem to be around 1-2%

It also gives you 5x times as much XP. Combined with the halved run time this makes it one of the tasks that proceduces the most XP.

I'm sure you've meant to say "player XP' not the profession XP?.
At max lvl this XP reward is a joke, why it is even there?
