adding my "fictional patch updates", Hostile human mobs no longer carry thier own supplies of super health potions. (help speed up combat) legion devils are now become banishable once clerics' divine beam activated til next spawn waves reset during Taimat raids. density of mobs are now 3 per group clusters, no more groups of 4s or 5's on overland zones, (it helps reduce lags).
My fake patch note ideas. Just my biased and subjective point of view, of course. And sorry for my google trad english level.
*Professions Rework and modifications. -> Leadership. - The "3 same tasks" limitation was removed. - Profession Experience reward from dedicated levels 7-13-21 tasks was increased to grant the same prof.xp rewards than the others professions. - Level 21 to 25 tasks are available for level 60-70 players only. - Character Experience reward from level 21 to 25 are replaced by a coherent number of BoA Tomes of Experience. - The ratio time/reward is now more coherent. - Refinement stones chests rewards are removed and replaced by Strongholds vouchers chests ( BoE ) with same RNG.
-> Platesmithing, Leatherworking, Tailoring and Mailsmithing. - A lot of rare level 25 tasks was added to those professions. A lot of BoA transmute items can be obtained from those tasks, corresponding to the olds gear skins from all removed gear sets. - The AD cost for Armor Reinforcement Kits was highly decreased ( 100.000 -> 10.000 ).
-> Gemology Profession. - A new profession thats allows crafting and enhancing refinements stones, Marks, and Enchant's Shards (all BoA). ( Ex : a level 21 task allows to changing Stability Stones to Union stones, or to make a Blue Resonnance Stone with a Thaumaturgic stone + craft compo., 21-25 rare tasks give Reffinement stones chests with BoA Stones. )
*Economy, content and divers
-> All weekly quests from Campaigns areas give now a reward of 3500 RAD each. - >The high version of Bag of Rough Astral diamonds can be now purchased at the seven suns Seals NPC and Trades of blades for various currencies : - 3 seals of triumph - 200 seals of the elements - 100 seals of the protector - 30 dragon sigils - 30 Koning Coins - 3 Thayan Ciphers - 90 Gold Crescents

-> The Astral diamonds requirements in campaign tasks was removed. -> The AD cost for transmutaion was replaced by a Gold cost. -> A new zen market item is available for 7500 zens : the Mount Enhancement Token. With this item, you can change and chose the appearance of your actual mount among all availables in the game, apply a +4000 stat bonus among all stat bonus available in the game, and upgrade your mount speed to 140%, no matter what is the quality and speed of your actual mount. -> A new zen market item is available for 500 zens : the Universal Dye Bottle allows you to preview and chose to apply a dye among all available in the game on one piece of equipment.
*Class and Balance ( PVP )
-> all classes : Control duration from all sources, control powers/abilities/feats, can't exceed a 7 seconds of cumulative duration. When a player is controlled for 7 consecutive seconds, he benefit of a control immunity for 2 seconds.
-> TR - Now, Shocking Execution don't ignore Tenacity and other Resistances if the target have more than 20/25/30/35% HP. - Scoundrel Tree -> "Low Blows" : You deal 5/10/15/20/25% to foes who are affected by a control effect and control immune targets. - Stealth consume now lightly Stamina. - The 100% crit rate from Stealth work now only for the first strike in Stealth. - Impossible to catch don't break control effects anymore, but increase the control resistance % of the player.
-> HR - Weapons damages from Thorned Roots doesn't benefit of any damage buff anymore and interact correctly with the transcendant version of Elven enchant. - Base Damage of HR was increased for 25%.
The ONLY ask that I would have for class balance would be TWO things:
Great Weapon Fighters:
Hidden Daggers: No longer provides 40% damage increase. Instead, this damage has been added to the base damage of the class.
Destroyer (feat): No longer requires you to hit more than 3 targets. Stacks are provided after each successive attack. Stacks still last 4 seconds. The maximum allowable stacks has been changed to 4 (from 3) but now only provides 2% damage per stack (down from 3%) (for a maximum bonus @ rank 4 of 32% which is down from 36%). Focused Destroyer: Now provides an additional .2/.4/.6/.8/1% damage per stack (down from 3.5% per stack) for another net damage nerf of about 6%. The second benefit is that Destroyer stacks now last 5/10/15/20/25% longer (an extra second longer with 5/5).
So overall, Hidden Daggers is now no longer mandatory. The damage of the GWF will remain AROUND unchanged.
Destroyer provides a total of ~10% less damage but is much more reliable to get and keep stacks.
This benefits both PC players as well as console players - who I actually think need this adjustment much more than PC players do.... I cant imagine trying to get and keep destroyer stacks on a console.
