Can anyone clarify what this "cooldown" is for influence. When you only get 95 of the potential 120 influence and no matter how many more HEs you do, you can't get the rest, it is a serious kick in the junk. Same story on the maths everyone else has pointed out the next 3 mods will have been released before anyone gets a maxed out stronghold (anyone not in a 500 active toon guild- no legacy or pray toons allowed) unless they buy it out. This needs have some SERIOUS consideration and adjustment before any more players flee the game.
The cool down is currently set at 20 hours, however in a future patch it will be updated to the normal daily server reset time. This week they are upping the total influence to 400 per toon.

yes iv been doing Heroics and not getting hardly any influence @ all, and now your stronghold rank 2 wants 32,000 influence that number need to be reduced, total mess up when I cant get enough influence to donate.....EVERY TIME I DO A Heroic It Needs to DROP INFLUENCE ,Under no circumstance it should not drop influence
so you can have 10 players in you guild grinding all day ? i have 147 people in my guild and never all of them have been on line we have 15- 30 people on line at differnt times but we have done well so far in strong holds my problem is make the mission trail lead to where you need to go i failed the race thing today because my trail went up to the sky .and influence is spoty i get some i dont get any dont matter the cool down time
I spotted a pattern yesterday - might be I'm late to notice and everyone else has... but...
The normal progression is:
60-30-15-10-5 for a total of 120.
Sometimes when I click the Claim button at the end of an HE, it doesn't work. When that happen, it appears I lose a influence award based on the number of times I need to click the button for it to open.
In other words, say, the first time I do it, it opens on the first try and I get 60. The the second time, I end up having to click twice - I get 15, then the next one I click three times and get none, that maxes me out at 75 for the day.
If the first time, I click 4 times, I get 10 influence, the next time it opens on a single click and I get 5 - max of 15 that day.
Seems like a very strange bug, but I've spotted this happening for me on 6 or 7 toons over a couple days now. Anyone else see this?
@kvet Yes this is exactly whats happening - if you use Ctrl+F and dont get reward - you lose it.
Some workarounds - try to manually click on the "Claim reward" button - it has better "response" rate.
Do all HEs you want without claiming reward. Relog, possibly go to "safe" zone - where the button always works (I havent found a zone with 100% success rate yet, but havent tried too much) and claim everything.
Ok, we did a little experiment with my guild leader and it isn't fully completed yet, but the results speak for themselves.
Two things can be concluded or at least in our guild the influence works currently in the following bugged way:
1. As i wrote yesterday too, it is actually a very odd thing and makes the entire concept of SH useless, cause when we teamed up for HEs, we got much less or even zero influence.
Many fellow guildies and i personally too had many times zero influence. My share today was, 2 toons 0 influence, 1 toon 25 and 1 toon 60.
2. My guild guild leader found out and we could confirm it so far with clean runs (he did them all alone, by himself), that the drop rate of influence is higher on DPS toons, than on support classes.
Don't know, how it is at other guilds, but we came to these conclusions.
Boy it will be insanely hard to even upgrade to Guild hall 2, if most of us get zero or only a few influence. This yet again will introduce a bigger gap into the already broken balance of small/medium and large guilds.
P.S: Oh yes and we waited for the cooldown, still it was bugged out.

I'm having no problems donation, no one in my guild has reported such an issue either. We've put in just about 3K influence so far today since the patch, so that doesn't seem to be a problem. That said, the Claim Reward bug is STILL happening. It's true the rewards are higher (which is nice), but if the claim button (or command) bugs, you still lose that influence.
