The answered tag doesn't automatically apply. It's the OP of a thread that has to click yes or no, as beckylunatic details, which sets that. As well, Moderators can adjust what is and isn't an accepted answer, which I've now reset and marked this reply as an answer.

As for the charging zen issue, all I know is that Support is looking into such reports. It would be best to get a Support Ticket going if you're affected.

Ohh good, it's not just me. Was driving me crazy. Tried 3 different comps and 3 different browsers.
All just hang when connecting to the billing page.
PWE dosen't want our money ..... now thats a first

I also noticed on the closed "Read this first" thread that PWE staff are not managing this thread, so I doubt any of them will even see this. I have logged a ticket with them thru Support... lets see how fast they respond...

The original poster is the one who decides to apply that tag though.

The tag is automatically applied as soon as anyone responds. At least there is an option in the response: does this answer your question: Yes or No?
It should now still be "unanswered"

Ok. I've seen it applied on threads where someone "has accepted your answer" and thought it tied into that functionality.

Then it is a stupid tag.
