Ok so I got bored enough with not being able to login in since the strong hold patch that I started doing my own debugging.
So I have this dll nvtt.dll. The new one from Stronghold patch is 0kb. I can delete this happily and it will be replaced by another 0 kb nvtt.dll. The old one had a real size and presumably worked.
If this dll is actually usefull has anyone got one that works and isn't 0 kb ?
I can't say if i have a "working" one, only that this nvtt.dll is around 248 KB.
NWO runs sometimes without a problem for a long time, and in the next session i can't even log from one character to another without a game freeze.
Most of logging issues are supposed to be fixed as the Patch on the preview server says, so once validated on the preview they'll migrate the solution for the next patch on Live:
Performance and Stability
Resolved a crash with some Intel video chipsets when trying to load the game.
Resolved several game client crashes when resizing the game window.
Resolved several game client crashes when the game was manipulating character portraits and models in the UI.
Throttled down the speed at which requests were being sent to the video driver during shader loading. This should help reduce crashes on many lower end video cards and have minimal impact on higher end cards.
Updates to the performance and stability for FX using animations and costumes.
I'm at work atm, but if you give me the path of the dll I can check mine once I arrive at home, because I'm not having any logging issues.
Cryptic Studios\Neverwinter\live. Ahh good didn't know more patches were incoming on this as they had closed the thread about the issue. I'll stop fiddling about and wait for that patch in case I break it permanently.
Stronghold PVP training quest does not scale a character to 70. There are combats that are required to finish, and it is basically impossible to do so once the enemy's arrow towers start killing you in 1 or 2 shots. No way to exit said instance when one cannot complete the quest. Funtimes.
Finally been able to get past login screen after latest patch. However, once I select a character and tries to enter, game stuck at Map loading screen.....really totally disappointed....
well I patched and it crashed as usual. Fortunately I then discovered the dll comes from a file called a hogg. Do I deleted that and repatched and now it WORKS. I am fixed I may never have had a graphics issue at all it was just a random corrupt file. Yahoo I managed to play with no errors for a bit look forward to checking out Strongholds finally.

You can leave the stronghold tutorial by queue'ing for something then leaving that queue once you load in it will bring you to PE. BTW, the new pvp looks worse than Gaunt was. I can see alot of tedious pvp games that are essentially 30-100 minutes of 1 side having 20 players while the other side has 3-5 people sitting in the safe spot waiting for it to end. Why didn't they learn that pvp sucks in this game. Especially when you try to get the average lazy PVP player to do PVE things in it.
Don't try fullscreen in the graphic settings, it will still crash/freeze the game. Random freezes while logging from one character to another are also still around.
Only problems so far for me have been "login server unavailable" when changing characters and also game not failing to close from fullscreen when pressing exit.

For some reason in my stronghold there are only 5 chests for the "washed up chests" quest and you need 6. That or one of them is very hidden. But I do wonder if maybe one of them got bugged as the first time I went to that area of the stronghold the "Bickering Beholders" HE was active. So maybe it did not show because of that, and now just remains bugged. I did report it in game, so we will see.

Yes, I found it. It was not there when I got the quest the first time, but now it is there.

BUG: MARKETPLACE Press F to Talk to The Outfitter -> I Want to Look at Gear for Other Classes
Either there are some new classes in the game that we haven't been told about, or some of these labels are just plain wrong.
However, if I go to buy DC equipment, it comes up as whatever class I am. As an example, when attempting to buy "Greatweapon Cleric" gear, it's actually GWF gear. The same for the "Greatweapon Fighter", all the gear displayed is for a GWF, not a GF.
That appears to be pretty consistent across the board.
This is a Level 2 Marketplace, if that helps.

Someone really loves the GWF. I love GWF. Who doesn't love the GWF. Though I think DC's and GF's probably want some love too. At least this is a minor bug, but I'll make sure it gets reported too.

I will present you guys and maybe even a Dev or Mod (Andy @strumslinger) the current situation and why the weak and not well thought strategy of this Mod will repaet the epic failure, that Mod 6 did. Devs saw this and reverted finally the difficulty, but the reaction time was too long, it drove many good players away and killed many nice and family friendly small guilds.
Now the ones, who remained will suffer the same fate and dear Cryptic, can you allow yourself losing a ton of players again? Do we, long time players have to see the rest of our remaining friends leave again? Cause you got to see dear Cryptic, many of us won't abandon their small guilds, which were formed nearly 3 years ago by frinds, family members. Many of us don't want to be a part of a boot camp. Heck i read many guild reqruitments in the various chat channels and some dictate, what min item level, when to be on, what to play, how to play, what build to use and many more, fun factor zero. Many of us will never let a guild dictate our RL activities, we are here to have fun, not join a boot camp for prisoners.
The initial idea of SH was nice, i really loved to have a home for my guild and make it grow and be happy, like we watch our children grow and how they make us proud of them, but you should have never forgotten the adjust the money/AD/resources/human resources to the sizes of guilds.
Personally i love my guild, i have found a while ago the kind of people, who i really like, who are thinking in many ways as i do, we put quality over quantity, which was good until Mod 7. Now we are doing fine, but i really fear, what will become in higher tiers of SH. Now many of us will have to face a decision, either lose our nice friends and join a soulless mega guild, where everything is dictated and no fun allowed, no friends to relate or stay and suffer the consecvences of being mediocre and achieve the goals of SH in many years or never.
Dear Cryptic you sould never force players to choose between friends/fun and a game, cause many of your players choose their friends- of course- and you will lose customers again. Can the game really handle to lose so many small guilds? I think after Mod 6's disaster, definitely NO.
Please scale the requirements to guild size! Sure many come with the argument, it could be exploited. Jesus, what in life can't be, everything can, but not providing water for the population, cause it can be used for making a poison for example, would be a very silly move. On the other hand i told you many times about a bullet proof monitoring software, which would eliminate nearly all exploits. Many of our companies big partners use it, works like a charm. I am not naive, i know the company has suffered from Mod 6 too and they need financial support from us, but please realize, this kind of strategy doesn't pay off, it will frighten players/customer more, than binding them to the game. The lack of proper startegy makes disgusting ususry "playing" people crawl from the depths of the game.
If times come, when i see such things (picture bellow), it clearly shows, that there must something done or changed, name it as you wish, but exploits and usury are growing. Players are asked to pay to get into those big guilds to get the boons or their gear and they can't stay, they are kicked after the gear- payment exchange. This is in RL terms (sorry ex-lawyer) is criminal.
I ask you dear Devs act and act soon, give us small or medium sized guilds a chance too and then you would have a win-win situation, you would keep more happy players/customers in the game and eliminate this kind of usury business too! A DnD themed game should be all about fun!
Thank you!

Did you contact the person? Did he ask you to pay?

Whenever I park my alts in stronghold, switch alts, come back to said alt, my alt is kicked out of stronghold. I sometimes park all 4 of my alts there and then I want to do my invokes, my alt is kicked out!!! Very frustrating! Anyone else getting this issue???

This is not a bug. When the map is empty, it closes. If someone is already on the map when you log on, you will be on the map still when you log on. If nobody is on the map, it puts you on the last open map that you were on.

Lag and rubberbanding might still be an issue related to the recent "Event Tracker". Just separate that damn thing from the Mission Tracker, and let us DISABLE it for good!

DON'T click on the "Stronghold Coffer" button in the guild window (G)! It will crash your game immediately! No Joke.
Random freezes while logging from one character to another are also still around.

An additional note, this is what I see when I'm on my CW:
And I think a "Trickster Cleric" would be fun to play:
Everything looked fine when I was on my DC...
