Interesting idea. Should check out Ask Cryptic Answers, gives a vague idea of what is on the horizon for the rest of this year. As per that link, Telepathy fix before any new Archetypes/Powers! You're asking for new powers, and most of what you want could be fudged in a Freeform slot.
