I've been able to get to level 40 without touching MI. That's not a bad thing, there should be optional ways to get XP at every level in my opinion. I wish there was more to do in Vibora Bay besides the supernatural stuff, too, but they'd probably have to raise the level cap.

Yeah, that's the problem. Blocking doesn't do much either...he has one attack that will absolutely kill your health even while blocking. I've beaten him with squishier characters but its annoying because I'll faceplant a few times. If you can hide behind an object while he spams you can hit and run at him, but its touch…

Whats really a shame is that they should have made a Franklin Stone story-arc that maybe mentions or has a mission with Nighthawk in it. It'd be cool if it was something that happened after you defeat Hi-Pan just give players a new way to level. (I'd love to have some more variety in missions.)

Actually its not that hard to blast Stone to bits if your on a team that knows what to do. That's touch and go as you are randomly placed in a team for the mission. Its not just you. The game is completely unplayable for me right now. I just restarted my sub a week ago, too. If it isn't resolved, well, I'm not rage quitting, but I'll have to find another game I can actually play for my money.
