Help with Nemesis Mission Hot Off The Wire

I am having trouble with the Nemesis Mission Hot Off The Wire. After pressing the right switch to open the last in that mission it seems like the last door will not open when I go to open it. What am I doing wrong here if anything?

    If I remember right, you need to find the four digit code and then flip switches in the server room matching the code to unlock the last door.​​

    Look thru the door into the studio. The code is there, somewhere....
    Punch the code in the server room, go thru door.

    In the cutaway video when you first enter the building the camera will pan through the studio and there is a white board that says "todays lucky numbers". The four digits listed below are the order of the switches.

    It's not too hard to crack the code either, there are 4 numbers and they don't repeat, as far as code breaking goes it really can't get much more simple.
