On the costume? Not quite "auto-cycling", but just make a seocnd, third, etc costume with different colors and change costumes on the fly. I don't really think making it where people can have "costume changes colors at set intervals" is something worth the time or effort to install.

Why "should" it? Maybe the player "should" get closer to the enemy before bringing it out. Maybe the player "should" use ranged attacks to bring enemies into the devices range if they want to rely so heavily on it.

Why not let me give them two dual-mods and pick which one stat I want. I give them 2 Pre/Str VII and I get either a Pre VII or a Str VII. Having to turn in four to get one of each seems unnecessary. Especially for people that have no use for one of the stats.
