For this build I'd say no. Gigabolt is a charge up power, and Lightning Storm is a maintain, while Ball Lightning is just a click and go. You wouldn't want to many charging/maintains.

The Marksman can be fun as well, just make sure to take the advantage of the quarry passive, it heals you when an enemy is defeated.

Same here, nothing but problems. and when I do get in I lose connection while switching zones. Or lose it all together if I try and switch toons.

OK so as far as I know the only reason for auto-kicking from an alert isn't so much from not having 5 people, but usually because the alert rotations have changed, and the alert your in is no longer viable. When alerts first started this was a pretty big topic for people, and sadly it doesn't seem to have been fixed.
