I've been getting tons of bad lag and rubberbanding. I get stuck in locust tunneling and I can't turn it off. Oftentimes I get stuck running in place. When I logged in to Canada and my auras did not show, my powers wouldn't activate, not all my missions were listed, and the NPC's ignored me. I can't do Infilatrate Project…

The game mechanics have totally changed since this build was posted. Your Electricity powers are not going to benefit from Enrage and Strength now.

Does Siphoning Strikes benefit from having some Presence? BTW, I really enjoy your guides. I have Light Star and Gem Star builds and I think I'll enjoy this one too. I've had my TK Blades character on the shelf a long time because it was too squishy and this guide will make it much more viable.

I don't see the alert. The news page shows it's under the PvP and Instance Queue tab next to Sky Command but when I open it it's not there. Please don't tell me it's over and I missed it.

Zombies do not spawn when I use Wrist Bolter. They do spawn when I use Power Gauntlet.

I have the same problems. 1. I can not view minions in the Nemesis creator. 2. I can not load saved character costume files.

CoH's closure affected more deeply than I anticipated and I've been very sad. But CO's presence has helped fill in some of the void and I'm comforted in knowing a lot of CoH players will continue in CO.

I wish they'd just fix this. My character has been stuck on the No Time Like the Present mission for 3 weeks now. I've been coming to the bugs forum every day since then to see if they've fixed her vanishing bug. This is still not fixed with the 8/30/12 and 8/31/12 patches.

I was trying to get to level 40 to unlock another character slot. But unfortunately I can't complete Vibora Bay Crisis due to a bug with Valerian Scarlet disappearing during the fight in the "No Time Like the Present Mission". :( It's listed as Bug #61 in the Torrent of Bugs thread.

I had this bug a long time ago. The developer response was to try nodes in a different zone and it worked.

Tried him a few times...never saw his health bar budge. Life is too short to PUG Ao'Qephoth.

It's not just nemesis, other mission bosses likeValerian Scarlet are also vanishing during fights, making the mission uncompletable. My character is stuck in Vibora Bay Crisis because of this bug.

Currently, there are many missions that can not be completed due to disappearing bosses like this including Valerain Scarlet and Nemesis missions.

I think this bug affects any boss in a cutscene mission. I had the same problem with Valerian Scarlet in Vibora Bay Crisis mission "No Time Like the Present". She vanishes during the fight before I defeat her and the mission can't be completed. I tried it about 8 times.

This may be related to vanishing nemesis bug. In the Vibora Bay Crisis mission, "No Time Like the Present", Valerian Scarlet vanishes at 2/3 health and I can't complete the mission.

I can't complete this mission. Valerian Scarlent keeps vanishing right before I kill her.

Bug: When I picked up the "Who is Nighthawk?" mission from Defender, I found that the first two steps had already been checked as completed.

Out of my 19 characters, 5 of them would totally use a vehicle.

Tornado Flight's effects change depending on the terrain beneath you. You can get brown debris, grey debris, plant debris, etc. It's a bluish white mist if you're high above the ground or above water.
