You being grumpy? Come on. Your avatar is so misleading.
Yes, actually... Or that's the way most people seem to interpret me. I'm just often very serious and people often can't tell when I'm joking around. So I took on a happier avatar to try to aleviate it. I later switched to a really awesome avatar that got a lot of compliments. However people started taking me far more negatively than I've ever intended to be. Someone suggested I switch back to "the happy anime character." I did and people have generally responded better... Rather superficial of them, not that I'm complaining about people not taking everything I say in an ultra-negative light.
EDIT2*No, this isn't about being negative against vehicles.

I hope the revenge was satisfactory. I must have missed the part where revenge was called for. I shall pass the bloodfeud to my niece, she is really skillfull causing harm to barbie dolls.

After getting a mission just a little bit ago that's on the complete opposite end of the map from the Super Jet, yes, an aerial vehicle (be it fighter jet, helicopter, flying saucer, etc), or any vehicle for that matter, would be very nice. I don't have a lot of alts, but all of them are non-superpowered so I definitely could make use of these vehicles.
I've started watching Flash Gordon serials from the 30's and 40's, so bring on a rocket-ship skin for the jet please!

I'm really curious to see what all they come out with for the actual system.
From the way they've been talking about it, it sounds like they've lifted it directly from STO's Starship's system. The devs have already unabashedly claimed they're copying the Bridge Officer system for their Sidekick system, so it would make sense.
This probably means an entire new screen and requisite equipment/inventory system to manage, with a new button that "turns you" into whatever vehicle you currently have set as Active.
Frankly, I am hoping for a robot of some sort.

Wait, what? An actual sidekick system? Seriously? Do you have a link? Also, that system belongs to Cryptic so they don't have to be ashamed to copy it... But really do you have a link to a verification? I would love nothing more than to be able to actually have a sidekick that doesn't hinge on friends with unreliable play schedules, especially since my play schedule is unreliable too.

... man, does no one read the UNTIL Field reports anymore? XD
? Sidekick ?Pet? System
- A more permanent, pet-like system for developing sidekick characters
- Not entirely unlike the bridge officer system in STO
The last one pretty much went over everything that started to appear in-game in the months after it was posted, so all things considered, it's a pretty handy guide as to what will likely be appearing in game in the future.
Talks about how they plan for Vehicles to work in the fall, makes 'em sound like STO's starships, and they touch on some kind of alternate Star*Guard Progression path, and even new zones and whatnot (ambitious to say the least).

You said that you weren't complaining, but your OP reads like a complaint.
Welcome
Yes, thank you for clarifying that. I was kind of unclear as to which one of us typed part of my initial response to you.
No, but I was pointing it out because people seem to be complaining about them as if they *are* the finished product...
You didn't exactly make that clear in your original post, so I apologize, ok?
