True, 30 seconds cooldown is a bit too long, considering BCR w/RR is 15 seconds. Perhaps I will try that again, it is just hard to spend 4 adv points for MD because I find most of my builds tight in adv points. Ah, I understand. Much prefer Conflagration over Firebreath. Will go pure healer since there's no spammable holds for Fire, made the switch to this build. Also, how good is Absorb Heat? You do not have a block replacer in your build. Try adding a rank 3 block replacer. Telekinetic Shield, Rank 3 with Telekinetic Reinforcement advantage would help you greatly with a prolonged shield.
