Not sure if this is a bug.. but as soon as I logged on, I got this; (In the chat window)

Possibly from the upcoming new perks in the anniverssary?

Just thought I'd let the devs know.

Speaking of bugs- I have a perpetual anniversary gift- I keep in clicking on it and it keeps on giving me stuff without ever being expended.
