Invisible Holoforce Set

I'm having a really odd bug where all of the holoforce costume pieces are completely invisible on people, like chunks of their body are missing. I've verified the files twice and every seems to be fine yet they're not showing up in-game for me?

    You need to nuke yer 'puter. You have gremlins.
    Or...
    Maybe you should have asked 1st how they did that.....
    Because coloring some "holo" set pieces black, makes them invisible. Holohex being one example.
    And certain categories gives option for None/invisible bodyparts.
    Just need to explore a bit.
    Or ask people.

    I mean the bits are completely missing. If you look at the screenshot though, you'll see what I mean.

    Actually, if you look at the screenshots, this isn't the standard costume glitch; unless someone has come up with a clever new variation that hides everything outside of feet/hands/head/tails, mcalexev123 has a legitimate bug.

    And if there is such a variation, please let us know how it's done!

    Its possible the character didn't load properly. You either need to zoom in and out of the character or leave the area and come back.

    How strong is your machine and graphic card?

    That's a glitch showing in the game when textures aren't loaded. Holoforce tights (and few other recent costumes) have textures more detailed and slightly slower to load.

    It's not a gaming computer but I'm able to run the game quite smoothly, so I don't see that being an issue.

    I had similar issues with the vibration aura and liberty crown gold reward. I had recently had to rebuild my laptop and as a result was using the ARC install of CO. For some reason things seemed to get screwed up between Live and PTS. I would delete the piggs from live and then repatch from the server. Start up live and everything was fine. Then I would patch PTS and it would screw up visibility of items on live. Went through all sorts of rigmarole, upgrading and downgrading graphics drivers and dx9 versions.

    In the end I found an old manual installer for CO from an external hard drive and reinstalled the game to cryptic studios folder rather than ARC. Since then everything has been fine with both live and pts. *touch wood*

    I downloaded mine from Steam. I hope this is just another bug that can be fixed. Hopefully the admins take notice and let the bug team know.
