A - discussion of other IP characters is what Off Topic is for.
B - Big M's Armadillo first appeared in Captain America 308 (1985)
C - Pretty sure in Champs PnP Lore Armadillo was more armor looking and less animal than he is in CO but not sure when he was actually created - his character backstory has him leaving Juvie in 1993 and joining the army.
Edit found this sketch of Armadillo dated 1981:
This is just one of many character names shared across IPs
Those villains have highly generic names and really, don't share any other traits with CU villains of the same name.
Ironically, both CU Armadillo and Black Talon are pretty generic powered armor users, and Talon isn't even a name or a moniker, just a designation of this power armor model (which isn't unique, in theory Dr D could deploy few Black Talons at once).
I once saw a bat in a cave, so I called a lawyer and sued the cave for copyright infringement. Unfortunately, all I got from the settlement was a big pile of bat poo.

Sounds like a load of guano to me.

Yup Marvel has got a long history of 'borrowing' from other sources. It's hard to find a single Marvel hero that doesn't owe their concept to an earlier superhero. All publishers do it, but marvel is the worst offender by far.
