Problem with Cookies

So, I have just downloaded Champions Online and wanted to log in.

After typing in my account name and password, I come to a black side, where I am told that I have to allow cookies to view it. But my cookies are enabled.

I restarted to game 5 times (the system once) and looked at least the same amount of times to check if my cookies really are enabled (I also allowed the game and everything cryptic related excess via my Firewall). Yet, it doesn't work.


If someone has any idea what to do, I would appreciate the help.

    The launcher uses Internet Explorer Stuff .. so if you use another browser normally
    like Opera or Firefox, make sure Cookies in Internet Explorer are activated.

    yeah I have cookies enabled for enabled for internet explorer but when I try to get a gold membership it says they are disabled and I cant purchase a gold membership for champions online and its annoying cause I want to buy gold how to I fix this?

    I am having a problem with cookies. everytime I try to go buy my gold subscription again when I try to log in to do so it says my browser doesn't have cookies enabled... when I checked about 20 times my browser says they are enabled so WTF perfectworld... I never ever had this problem until you all switched to this new stupid system that you are using. im prolly gonna quit playing this game all together if perfect world keeps screwing this game up with all this nonsense they keep changing that doesn't need to be changed. Everytime they have done something like this something goes wrong. You would think they would stop messing with something that works just fine.

    I have the exact same issue. I'm already a paying gold member but need to update my billing info before they attempt to automatically renew me. Even if I turn my browser privacy and security settings all the way down, I keep getting the same message.

    I also keep getting emails with a code that I'm supposed to put into Account Guard, but I never get an Account Guard box to put it into.

    occassionaly cookies get corrupt. it seems to happen more often with pwe sites (not sure if its something to do with variations of software in use between various pages on the site.)

    anyway when i have had issues staying logged in, or randomly not being able to see blog images, or not getting account guard email - the problem seemed to be fixed by going into your browser options and removing any cookies with PERFECTWORLD in the name.

    Then refresh any pwe pages, log back in if necessary and carry on what you were trying to do.


    To remove individual cookies in Firefox Alt > Tools > Options > Privacy > Click "Remove Individual Cookies" link. in the resulting dialog type perfectworld in the filter box at the top, then click on delete all at the bottom to remove all PWE cookies.

    Well, I finally got it to work by downloading Google Chrome. It seems that it was an Internet Explorer issue. And to do that I had to disable my antivirus protection, as apparently Norton and Microsoft were conspiring to stop me from downloading Google Chrome....

    ive been trying to get a gold membership ,yet again i dont get the cookie thing and have issue now with the game not letting me into any of my games on arc how is this system even working to get us anywhere. if anyone know help me

    Hello,all.I am also having a major problem with Cookies,myself.

    Whenever I want to manage my subscriptions and keep Champions Online and keep my subscription to the game at Gold Status,I get the message "Cookies must be enabled first before logging into your account"

    I enabled them,and I must have done that about twenty times,and I still cant get into managing my subscriptions no matter how many times I enable them.What must I do to get into my subscriptions so I may better manage them?

    ..and then,I try and log into the Champions Onoline game,and I cant do that either due to too many attempts to log in...how can I fix that?

    Please help : )
