Bring the "My Characters" page back!

I actually liked the "My Characters" page. Why? Because someone would go ahead and ask, "Hey, I have you added on my friends list, but I have no idea what characters you play."

This is the dreaded question I receive AT LEAST twice or three times a week, and have no time nor motivation to list every alt I have, considering they total to just over 40+. I'm sure there's a few others out there who have the same issue too, and would like the page to return.

So instead of listing them all off, I could just link them to my character page and say "Here, have a look." It also helped me be able to edit biographies and look at skills out of game, and I really liked that aspect.

So these are a lot of personal reasons, but I'm sure there's a good number of other people who used that page for a great many reasons too, and would like to see it's return.

This is one feature I perhaps miss the most that was dropped in the merge with PWE.

They were nice but seeing as PWE are concentrating on ARC and a generallised look for the games interaction (outside of the games themselves) I dont see it happening.

You could do what I did and add your characters over on Primus Database then its just a matter of giving folks the link to your profile.

see mine in my signature for an example.

I would if I understood formatting to make things really pretty (Aesthetics are really important to me), and actually had the free time to do that.

Perhaps what would be a good alternative is the Gateway from NW.

I actually enjoyed it just for the fact I can look up a player (or character) before recruiting them if asked to join my SG (or other SGs that I was officer to) just to be sure and be safe.

I believe they said something about there being a characters function to be added to the Arc Client. Its still in beta and that along with the Wiki to be applied to it too.

Well the log for what game you play and character you log on as is somewhat in effect now. Something is indeed happening.
