Can't Access Subscription Management Page

Anyone else having this issue. I logged into my PWE account just fine, otherwise I wouldn't be posting here but when I went to change or modify my subscription, I was required to log in again. Then I had to wait for a verification code in my e-mail. When I got that and entered it, I was asked to verify my username and password again, at which then I had to wait for another code in my e-mail but this time never got a new code and it just keeps bringing me to the verification log-in window.

Anyone had this problem and has a solution?

go into your security settings in your browser and clear all your perfectworld.com cookies and try it. also try clearing your cache if that doesnt work.

after that you are probably in the realms of customer support

Definitely let us know if that doesn't work. It might be an Account Guard issue, and that's worrisome.

I'm still trying to get to mine. Every time I hit "Manage Billing information" to see my account status (Im now a lifer) I get sent to the Charge Zen page. What gives?

Nevermind. Found it (though I had to go thru a lot of hoops away from the ARC page to get to it).

step 1- Don't use ARC.
