Foxbatcon
- Updated many devices and costumes with preview images.
- Removed the old T-Shirt costumes as they were granting the incorrect items each. Created new ones that properly give out the tshirts to both genders. Players who've gotten these items prior won't be affected.
- Removed the old Foam Finger Aura. Created two versions of the aura. One for the left? hand and one for the right.
- Foam Finger auras can no longer be stacked. This was done as stacking them caused them to rapidly flicker.
- Improved some of the FX for the foxbat devices.
- Added exchange vendor in the convention area. This vendor will take vintage tokens and will also have an exchange for converting items into titles.
- Added Foxbat Pins device (temp and perm).
- Fixed a bug where some of the Foxbat devices were stuck at level 1.
- Updated the tokens in the swag bags.
Misc
- Many R1 defeat perks are now automatically visible when you view your perk window.
- Moved Clockwork tight patterns to their own geometry to make them easier to find.
- Added no ear head free costume.
- Renamed Tin Star costume to Tin Star Large.
- Added Tin Star and Tin Star 5 Points costumes to cowboy robots.
- The normal maps on the skull animal heads should no longer appear to be inverted.
- Changed the way Therakiel drops his rewards to a self opening rewardbox.
- Changed the Therakiel Blade gear upgrade to a device as click upgrades are no longer used in game.
- On April 1st the Therakiel Blade? device (not to be confused with the regular version) will drop from Therakiel for players who missed out on it last year.
PowersBullet Hail/Submachinegun Burst
- New advantage (3pt): While maintaining this power you will gain a shield that escalates over time. This shield will vanish when you stop maintaining this power.
- Extra bullets now causes the power to deal an extra 15% damage against feared targets.
Bullet Ballet
- Slightly reduced cost to take into account the first hit is single target.

I mean, not a big deal, just seems like an odd little change.
What an Odd Synergy
This embrace the Darkness+Munition builds, but there are so few munition powers that apply fear
Does the device keeps the Therakiel Blade/Sword as a weapon skin? or does the weapon of your choosing replace it?
ONLY for 1 Day and this time ONLY via the Lair? that's kinda unfair

Most of them now have the ability to apply Fear, lots of advantages in the last pass - Shotgun, Gatling, Execution Shot can all do it. Shotgun as utility power continues to become more useful than ever....
Still not enough, My concern is that for a build that wants to focus on dual pistols' Bullet Hail (without Execution Shot and heavy guns) the munition exlusive adv for fear are very limited
If SMG/BH is innate 5 targets, this advantage name should probably be changed then.
Sounds niche, tbh.
SMG is default targets=3, adv to make it 5

Not every advantage has to syngergize with its own sets. Lots of builds out there that aren't tightly focused on just one or two things. This advantage adds variety, and yes, a niche. Excellent.

Since now we have separate left/right hand Auras (and eye ones). Would be great to have more of the single hand Auras for rest of them.

Im not counting on devices for core utility mechanics, the Idea alone that you suggest that I should rely on a device to activate utilities of my own powers is disgusting. I should be able to count on my powers alone

and NONE of them belong along a pure Dual Pistol build (Munition powers like Gautling Gun and Shotgun are out of question and IM NOT counting Execution Shot because its freaking Melee) and both bestial and might are melee and NOT all builds which want to take potential of the DPS boost of the ADV want to use out of place Darkness powers in their builds

Heck why Burst Shot doesn't get a Fear adv like Shotgun too? Or even better, Grenades
There should be more powers in munition with FEAR adv if DEVs want us to take advantage of it for various combinations
Just giving it to 3-4 powers and expect everyone to be ok with it, not all players have the same build preferences

We have friends who are returning to the game, renewing their memberships, who weren't here last year. Or they work in retail or restaurants and can't make it for a pretty long team piece of content, on just that one day. The result is they'll feel left out on what's supposed to be a fun event.
We're trying to motivate them to stay on, and they're re-discovering their love of CO, please don't un-sell them with decisions like this. Please consider it as a Quality of Life/Service benefit, by just leaving it like it was last year.
Alternatively, don't limit it to just 1 day. Make it so at least any time during the whole event you can get this drop. That's a more reasonable compromise, if you really wish to implement the Therakiel Blade? as a boss drop.

Disclaimer: I don't know how hard (or easy?) Therakiel's Lair is because it's not content players are really encouraged to do in the current state of the game.
That said, this probably isn't the best way to renew interest in that particular content, nor is it really a very good way to cheer up those who missed it last year. It's basically like saying, "Hey guys, here's that thing you missed last year. Oh yeah, it's on something that's kind of a pain to unlock/get/defeat/etc/whatever and it's only available for 1 day."
Instead, how about this:
Instead of making Therakiel's Sword? drop from the actual Therakiel, why not add a fairly manageable and accessible boss named "Therakiel?" who...is actually an impostor. Makes sense that a fake sword drops from a fake villain. It doesn't need to be the cosmic of the moment or anything silly like that, just something a few players can get together and kill without too much trouble.
