Okay so let's try to get together tonight, do some missions, kick some ****, all that good stuff.

Side note, I just found out that silver players can't make a Brigade - the boots and bracers aren't free pieces, and they're not in a terribly affordable pack. They come in the Variety Pack, which is 608 points right now, not sure how much it'll be after the sale. Kinda lame!

Woo welcome aboard, blake! Actually, any Brigade can invite into the SG, so if you're in-game, just search for Brigade and if anyone's on, they'll be able to get you in. Also, don't forget to join the Brigade channel!

    And, thanks Finn!

Sorry I missed it too. I was AWOL most of the weekend.

Considering that there are costume parts not accessible to silvers does this mean you'll be doing an update to the costume? It would suck if people weren't able to participate because they don't have access to the right pieces.

No worries, there will be other days to do stuff. :)

As far as silvers, I played around with the costume. The bracers I can get around, but the boots, I didn't like any of the free ones.

I really wish they didn't just put a bunch of the costume stuff into the same huge variety pack. I'll see what I can do about it - at the very least, I'll make a "close enough" version that the silvers can play, but the rest of us could keep the original costume. We'll see... I'll try to figure it out tonight.

Energon - the more, the merrier! Just contact any Brigade in-game to get invited to the group. :)

Bendyboy - Minecraft did nothing for me!

Hey Smack, do you realize the Brigade costume won't load at all at the tailor for silver characters? I submitted a bug report, obviously that shouldn't happen. It will load fine at character creation, just not at the tailor.

So the post apocalyptic Brigade from early on in the thread inspired me to make a "Fallout Brigade" My take on the theme. So here are two screenies of him in action :D

Also, I've uploaded the SIlver version of the costume!

Both files are on the first page of this thread. Have fun!

I was going to run after him to have a better look, but got delayed and he was gone...

Brigade's No.1 Fan managed to get a few photos with Brigade the Multiman today!
It is awesome that a hero this busy finds time for his fans.

It will also make the Defender Fanboy extremely jealous.

Photos comming up. As well as a picture from the last BrigadeCon.

I worry about that Defender Fanboy.
    Can you believe it?
He seriously tried to convince me that Defender could beat Brigate in a fight.
    I mean get real!
All Brigate would have to do is turn up as five instances of himself and none of them would have to even use any powers. Four would just hold Defender's limbs while the fifth gives him a wedgie...
But "Noooooo. Defender is wearing an armored battle suit. You can't give people a wedgie when they are wearing an armored battle suit."
    Yeah right.
Proved him wrong on that point ;)

By the way, Brigade really should autograph those photos ;)

(on a more serious note. I am at a loss at what powers a Brigade Fanboy character should have...)

That would be equally as awesome. Next time I'm in San Jose I'll bribe the devs with fruit and wine baskets :D
It would be even better if the rent-a-sidekick version had a random powerset every time it was called.

    OH! Also: Light speed brigade!

Ha, totally, random powerset picked from the sidekicks we already have in the game. That would be sweet.

Since anyone can grab the costume file, there is no real way to keep track of them, now that we can't search the name in Champedia.

Yep, absolutely anyone can join! All you have to do is download the costume file, make the character, name him Brigade, and ask any Brigade that's online to join up (every Brigade has invite privileges).

Alternately, also join the Brigade chat channel to quickly find other Brigade players that might be online.

It's pretty much just a super group thing, but basically I think he's saying that since there's no "sign up application" or anything like that, it's not very exclusive.

Wait, wait, WAIT! You mean, all I had to do was ask to join? Then what was the deal with that boxing ring and the robes and the wombat and... that was all very traumatizing, I'll have you know.

I meant to say that but also meant to say that there are a lot of people who look like Brigade(TM) but aren't Brigade(TM) and it is impossible to keep track of all the Brigade(TM) wannabees, copycats, fanboys/girls, impersonators, stunt doubles (even though Brigade(TM) does all his own stunts) etc
