Just a heads up that it's been there since before the Qzone. I have poked at it quite a bit because old content/missions are not outside of the scope of possibility - see Sammie - but still worth mentioning.
Beanie, Needle, Smokey, and Vinnie. And possibly Rex and Amber.
Maybe each of them is a clue refering to something you have to possess to trigger the next step. For example, i realised only yesterday "Smokey" is a in game perk (an easy one to get moreover: defeat 10 blazing nems minions).
Maybe once all conditions are reunited, we can trigger something. What could be these conditions ? For now, we know it can be Perks, items, devices, unbound Action figures. So we should try to find a link between each of them to in game item, device, perk or AF. Check what you have in all these categories and see if you can make a connection.
Another thing. Maybe ren cen pets location is not random and have a link to where or how find items or things requiered for triggers. I explain: Needle and Beanie are in Auction Hall. Vinnie is in Caprice, on the bar. Smokey is on a table surrounded by destructible chairs in ren cen. I previously stated there's a "Smokey" perk when you defeat blazing nems. And what is the most common well known method to make nems minions pops ? Destroying chairs and taking orbs. Smokey is exactly near what's necessary to get the "smokey" perk. Maybe it's a coincidence but maybe it's not.
I also noticed Beanie has a red cloth piece around is neck. Anybody knows the name of that cloth piece , if it is an available item in game, and where to find it ?
The cloth piece looks like a neckerchief that was obtainable from the High Noon event to me.
Ok, so i suppose bound on pickup in event shop, and sellable at auction if dropped from boss. I think kaiserin said somewhere there was nothing very rare used for triggers. What was the drop rate for that neckerchief ? How rare is it ?
iirc Kerchief is a rare(blue) item. Just like Heavy Chains.

Anyone think the Terror Fenny figure might be needed for anything? It's super-rare, and I want to claim it, but there's a part of me that's paranoid I'll need it later! Or is it rare enough that it's probably not going to be used?

Reason I bring it up is I noticed Kaiserin standing there around 9:30 am Server Time, 7/18/2018.
We just had a pretty big update with the subscription changes and Samurai Archetype and it was on a Tuesday instead of Thursday which was odd. Then there was another small bug fixing patch on Wednesday morning, and shortly after, kaiserin now standing around this hotdog cart? Almost like there's something Creepy going on with it and she's testing it? I dunno, what do you guys think? Hotdogs HAVE been a part of Creepies before. Didn't notice anything odd about the cart itself besides the lack of a vendor, and there's no interaction with having a Hotdog in inventory or eating one near it.

Was looking around at the Creepys in the QWZ again and the one in the back up on the tower got spawn-stuck and didnt poof as the Fenny Doll, so I took the opportunity to take a closer look.
I noticed that, like the bear who was wearing the Sovereign Sons hat, this Fenny doll doesn't have a Wind Up Key in his back (seen on the right), unlike his Action Figure counterpart (seen on the left). Perhaps the reason he's lying lifeless on the ground? I have a bound Wind Up Key Aura that I tried equipping and holding in inventory, but nothing. Maybe we need to wait for Xmas for the costume unlock version?
I also have a Fenny Plush unbound in my inventory which didn't appear to do anything and I tried equipping all my Fenny action figures (Plush, Nightmarish, Cartoon, Anniversary, and Animatronic).

There is a non-interactable voodoo doll in the Vibora Bay Arcade. It's beside a "Champions The Game" machine two to the right of the one you put the token in. And it appears to be standing on a pile of coins/tokens.
I seem to remember the "Champions the Game" machine having 3 screenshots, but now it has 4, the last of which being a Sovereign Son with a voodoo doll.
Spiral is one, I'm pretty sure rex in caprice is one, the dino on the console beside Irwin, and the cat on the table back behind defender. Just don't know how to activate them.
Ugh... had new idea for Spiral, but don't wanna farm it. Action figure 15 (Gnasher) drops in UNITY, as does Action figure 11 (Electric Eel). Either one is somewhat plausible to interest a cat.

( we know bound AF don't work for triggers, and according to the list, these figs were not droppable. It seems they are only obtainable as a BoP version in scr shop in ren cen currently. But i would like a confirmation noone ever dropped an unbound version of these ).

I tried #53, the Gadroon Mercenary, mostly because I'm familiar with the UNITY 2 missions, and it's always rewarded if you get a There and Bat Again. It didn't affect anything.
I tried looking up "Spiral Cat" in a search engine. It returned an all female cosplay group out of Korea that likes to visit game developers.
We know Kaiserin likes cosplay, and might even be a secret member of Spiral Cat, so the cat is probably a reference to that group. But, I think this lead is a dead end.
Another thing to mention. The angel statue in front of the High Apostlic Church blinks once in a while. I think it's a bug, not a clue, but am just trying to reignite the dream.
Well, several of the creepy things HAVE been in the game for years but got changed by Kais. Like that Voodoo doll quest that sometimes gives you arcade coins... and the arcade itself.

As far as anyone knows, it's completely worthless, and it doesn't any ties to the clues that we're left with.
Late to the party, but: the tip jar on the piano player in the steam boat has been there for at least 5 years, the creepy VB cemetary statue has always blinked- I've never been sure if its a graphics bug or deliberate, the evil book in the VB apocalypse opens and closes its eyes the same way when you get near.
I don't know if this pertains to a Creepy but it was odd, and I know the found creepies tend to be in open areas anyone can get to. I found it leveling up in the defender contest in April and had a friend come check it after.
In the underground fighting ring, where the "save reluctant recruits" mission is, in westside [Not Carls the one with the two cobra lords posing outside] I went back in to do the "Save the mook from the locker escort" which is a charming little mission and get some screenshots. On the upper level just outside the door where you fight zaretti is a "interact" prompt by a pillar. It goes away if you stand by the fence, inside the door or go up by the ceiling. There isn't anything we could find below it that might trigger it as a glitch. It very consistently said it couldn't be used now. [I also discovered my screenshots are broken on this computer, which is irksome, but don't really pertain to the topic at hand :P]
No one else seemed to know about it asking around, and the un-usable interact is still up there on other characters after I've cleared the place out. All I can think of it Creepy. Hope it helps
Nothing that we could see- just the area by the pillar. That's why I'm not sure if it's a glitch or we were missing something [ or its part of a creepy.] But we were both getting the same "unable to interact" prompt.
I was with @Notonestepbackward that evening and we were mystified by it. Still can't figure it out- but I thought if it's part of the creepy chain I should say something. It's a small mission in there and most people don't seem to know you can get back in, if it's something it could have been overlooked easily enough.

As for the glitch in the Secret Underground Boxing Ring. That's just it, a glitch. There used to be a door there that you'd have to prompt to unlock it, but there's no door there at all.

So I found some graffiti on one of the big purple cranes in westside Im sure graffiti is probably common but i dont ever remember seeing this before and its next to one of the pearls your meant to find? I cant make it out but it looks like it says "ARG SAB" or "SAG SAB"? may not be anything...
It looks some normal gang tag. One hint I notice when it comes to some of the creepy in the past is if the image or texture themselves are high resolution/quality themselves, which meant they were recently updated. This is obvious when everything around them is still medium or low resolution/quality when they are made in 2009. Were these tags high quality in the image department?
yes it was i flew around westside to see if i had seen them before and all the graffiti i saw looked more a part of what it was on like there worn down and you can see the bricks underneath where as this looks so stark on the low quality models of the cranes could the ARG SAB be something about argent? since we have the cat talking about unity?
