I know that the stats +2 STR/+2 dex aren't great, but the extra weapon hit on every crit is intriguing - maybe it is more viable for PvP then PvE. Is the best idea really until the new stat curves, new stat adjustments and new feats are understood. Intriguing. So with that coupled with the chilling advantage feat, and slotting chilling presence obviously, you are gaining +15% crit chance from the renegade tree now. That is pretty gold considering the new scales.

I don't know if the Lifesteal "nerf" will be as bad in PvP as in PvE. I can see how it will be negative for AoE skills, but I think it could actually be better for single target spells. Yeah i managed to get it after the 2 week ZAX wait. Worth the artifact alone to be honest, and selling the dragon hoard enchantment for 2.5 mill nearly made the initial AD cost back. The Race Re-Roll was useful post mod-4 changes, and some of the clothes are nice. Haven't used the race just yet, but one day maybe.
