Actually, is that true even with Creeping Death? Assuming you're getting more than one full rotation off, wouldn't the extra 100% bonus damage over eight seconds pretty much outweigh the smaller cooldown and higher non-necrotic damage of both those powers? SW curses are applied as a separate debuff for each, and can only affect/be affected by the SW who placed it. Source: Running low level dungeons while leveling up/dragons with few people. My curses cannot be removed by anyone else, their curses cannot be removed by me.
