That could be it, there is certainly something different about it but I am partially color blind so sometimes trying to figure out just what it is and also trying to describe it is problematic. It can be so frustrating at times as to drive me to "seeing red", but then again I can't see red so...
I believe that when mounted your custom dyes are also disabled. I noticed that it is more than just the enchant visuals that are different. This, though, could give them some easy workaround if the other possibility is too involved, but I don't know.
It does look like they are actually trying to correct some issues now -- but there is just SO MUCH BROKEN STUFF that I don't know how long it might take before they game is again playable to any fun degree. To even list the issues takes quite a bit of time and then to imagine them correcting them all seems a nearly…
As others have mentioned, AP gain is mostly responsible for the problems with what players experience with SE and AP gain insanity is not unique to the TR. Most TR encounters have terrible cooldowns and I would guess their average to be far worse than any other class and with their encounters being weak on average and…
Yeah I have no experience with this chant as I gave up on the game a while back, but you probably already noticed my absence in the game. I just keep up on the forums to see if the devs come to their senses but it seems like they are continuing the trend of mistakes and cheap content instead of resolving and going back to…
The last time I filed a support ticket they (the support) told me to put them on blacklist (after I asked what they meant they told me /ignore) and that it would fix my problem with an item I lost after a game bug crashed me. Since that time I haven't really had any faith in support tickets but I know some friends who had…
I voted brown because I am partially color blind and many colors I simply don't notice readily. Actually I would love to have a dye that turned off those ridiculously crappy enchantment effects so that I could actually see the dyed item below. Until they resolve the enchantment visuals I don't even see where dyes matter…
So TR's should never use Lurker's Assault you are saying? I am a bit cynical but this power has been bugged for almost forever (their was a brief period where they fixed it but they then reintroduced it). I seriously doubt they will fix it again and if they do they will break it immediately after just like they did the…
Exactly, it is funny how you see in the movies the 'weaker' individuals using bows with lethal results when in reality the bows (especially war bows with the heavy arrows designed for war) required some of the strongest people to use them. Even the average two handed sword did not require as much strength, but of course…
Boo was one of those dumb things that I really hated to see added to the game, but I am older than five years so that is understandable. I know some people like that sort of toddler humer but I can only pretend to be so stupid for so long and boo was beyond my limits.
For my play style, the ring is actually better than the innate + fully feated stealth the TR has -- I mean it actually does what I want from stealth better than I could normally and makes it so that I was able to respect and free up all those wasteful (in light of the rings) feats and still have better stealth than normal.…
Remember, if they decide to fix this set they can always allow for a temporary or one time 100% RP to another set. Alternately they could allow for a similar free transmute to any other set (to preserve the investment cost in the items themselves as well as the RP). If any complain about the cost or rp that would be…
@morenthar That is likely the case indeed. There could be some stubborn lots like myself that want to do it their own way and to hades with anything else. Sometimes you just really want to hit that screww with a hammer, even though you have a screwdriver in your toolbelt. - edit that word is apparently filtered so I had to…
I advised a few CW to use repel after they were complaining about fighting one of my characters. The reply they gave me was the old "...but I will have to give up a damage encounter...". When I told them "but you will win this way" they again returned a similar reply of "...but I will have to give up a damage encounter...".
None at the moment. I am waiting until they can fix some of the many issues before I will resume. If they introduce a new class I may level it up the 1-60 as I still find that pretty fun.
Low informed voters? Adding a quick edit here so that people realize I am not being insulting by that reply. I simply mean that if people were actually aware of the full implications of leaving it as it is -- and I mean really understanding what all that meant -- that they would not be voting no. I can only imagine that…
My apologies then. I must have committed some sort of confirmation bias (I admit I can be terrible about that but am working on it). I bet I overvalued the need for a fix and when the answer didn't sound as dire as I thought that I then didn't give it the weight it warranted.
My TR's have died more to their own DF than everything else in the game combined that has killed them. I do think CW's secretly celebrate causing TR deaths this way -- well some openly celebrate it haha.
