I have emails of many zen purchases over the years but right now its saying i have no trasactions to track like it lost track of me completely

OP heal stats 50% outgoing healing and 158k crit and power. Every time he heals with big AOE i only get 1 person with 100% shield and it totaly skips 1 or 2 others even though they have no damage. The rest get 5% at most. Now when i see other OP heals they have 75% most the time on everyone or at least every other heal.…

just to warn people there is zero customer service in this game. I waited 4 days and gave up. Decided to upgrade the other watcher weapon set i found in the last 4 days again. Your totally on your own in this game so don't lose or misplace items that cost allot. There is no help coming.

well i finally beat loging again in my own group. I had the same problem many times when i first started playing. I found a way to fix the problem. It takes a few min though. All you have to do is totally unequip all gear everything then change loadout and put back on the gear then resave.

One time in WOW I purchased an heirloomitem and equiped it on the wrong charecter. within less then 24 hours they restored it to the right charecter. There should be no excuses.

after about 20 or so ME runs i finally got another watcher longing to spawn. This time it was the perfect map with no power defence debufs. Even though everyone was around 26k item level they could barley even scratch longing. He healed to full in 4 seconds and i dont think we even got the shields down before he healed…

well turns out you were right i did have a really old account from launch of game and when I tried linking this one to facebook log in some how it linked the old account. You saved me a big headache.

I only have one account im not a gold farmer. After I loged out of game and back in on an older toon then same with the web sight it let me buy zen. I just came back to forums to check this thread because its doing it again. going to try the login in and out thing

i just noticed when i went to look at transaction history that its telling me i have never buy anything before. I should have ALOT of transactions.

i can see there is another pesron posting that there are other pets only giving green buffs at legendary quality all the way back to June this year. Clearly this is a simple programing fix but there is no intent to even acknowledge it.

after a full shut down and reboot to pc and modem router i am still having massive lag. Right as i went to test it by joining a rtq my total comp locked up when loading the instance. i did send in a bug report just so i cant be baned for exploiting but im not going to talk about it here.

that was one of the reasons. but i found something that is now working to my advantage. I don't think it will be long before its fixed as its a bug and that was the reason my power was bonkers.
