4% compy buff only giving 4k power have 192k power

I just spent allot of zen and AD to buy the compy pet. I traded a player in town to get a deal. the compy pet i got was purple quality but its listed at giving 4$ power buff. It is only giving me 4k power and without it equiped i have 192k power. Clearly you can see something is wrong. If I unequip and requip the compy after every instance zone it will give me 8k power.

    i can see there is another pesron posting that there are other pets only giving green buffs at legendary quality all the way back to June this year. Clearly this is a simple programing fix but there is no intent to even acknowledge it.

    They said they fixed it but the fix doesnt work. I wont spect much.
