Yes but when your "lapsed" players include someone that has done the FE Butterfly and the C. Catastrophe, yeah it is kind of screwed up.

My friend receive a code and he logged in for the Lohlunat Festival on Risa, did the Crystalline Catastrophe several days to get the shards he needed to get the event rep done, and played through Butterfly to get the sci console. So, he has been at least somewhat active and still got a code.

I like it. Would be nice to help level of new players and make it easier to show them around the game without moving at a turtle pace
