My entire problem with the missions is there to much been there done that. Almost every mission consist of destroying the enemy, beaming to a planet, scan this, destroy more enemies then repeating it pretty much in another mission. Since when has Star Trek been about ship battles all the time. There needs to be more…
Eh, I joined a fleet once and really didn't see the point. What do you really gain from a fleet? Most of the stuff it offers you, you really don't need or you have to sink a lot of time, $$$, or dilithium to get. In my opinion it's not really worth it. The only way I would want to have anything to do with fleet is if I…
Agreed, nothing worse than the immersion killing going on in STO... I don't know who made the NPC's but was it really that hard to set a standard 25th century uniform and use the correct rank insignia for all NPC's? I mean really there are NPC's wearing TNG uniforms, and NPC's that are a certain rank (like Captain) with no…
I don't use cloak really, but I think that is really stupid. Fix it and be done with it. It seems they ignore a lot of the little things that really kill immersion. For instance, why is my captain beaming off the bridge when leaving bridge view... is it really that hard to kill the beaming animation and cut straight to a…
Truthfully, I'm not as concerned as to what they implement, but how they implement it. Right now I'm at the Cardassian missions and the K/R missions were not that great. I understand that STO is set around a war, but Star Trek is not all about war, there needs to be variety between missions... every mission should not…
I really don't know why people want more fractions, let the devs spend that time fixing bugs and getting the game more inline with Star Trek. The game is a lot better now, but still has ways to go... I also wish we could take back a vote, clicked the wrong one by accident.
Having the same issue right now with Under the Cover of Night, kind of mad because I really don't want to do it again. Is there anything we can do about this other than doing it again?
